  1. Mark, specify, or sort specific servers by supported protocols.

    I sometimes get annoyed when I see servers in the server list that do not support certain VPN protocols. It would be handy if you could sort the servers by supported protocols.

  2. Possibility to make the login server inside the country where the client is located.

    I and my friend from Russia conducted an experiment and found out that connecting to the Proton VPN server in Russia, the connection is practically not blocked, works stably. But if you try to connect to servers not in Russia, the connection is very unstable. Let me specify, during the experiment only Stealth protocol was used.

  3. Have a little effect when you copy a port number

    When have port forwarding on, you have the listed port, and you can click it to copy it to the clipboard.
    It would be nice if you had a little visual effect or something, because it doesn't actually show it actually worked.

    Hi, I understand that you want to be profitable, so my idea is to make it as cheap as the competition for a yearly subscription but with a monthly payment option. A lot of people (I mean millions) would buy the service if it's cheap enough, and most of them don’t even use it afterward… I can say this from my own experience. I’m paying 50 cents every month to Snapchat just because it’s so cheap I can forget about it. I don’t use the extra features of Snapchat, but I pay for it anyway because I don’t mind supporting…

    Please add more locations in Indian server. Like express vpn has Mumbai and Chennai. A north and South Indian cities would be nice instead of just Mumbai and New Delhi.

    ● What It Is: NetShield is a tool that blocks ads, trackers, and malware. With the paid version of Proton VPN, it's more advanced, but it's good to request basic NetShield for free users.

● Why It's a Good Request: For free VPN users, we don't need to see ads or worry about tracking that slows down our browsing. With a simple NetShield, the browsing is smoother and safer than trackers.

    "Hi Proton Team, it would be awesome if free users could have a basic version of NetShield for ad and tracker blocking. Even a lite version would really help…

  12. add support for single vpn connection on multiple user profiles on Android

    add support through ProtonVPN to use the same connection for all user profiles.

    Seems like a pretty simple function to allow the user to connect to the same profile on a different user akin to having the same wireguard config on multiple profiles.

    This saves users from accidentally using up multiple connections for one device.

    Currently, I cannot stream videos from mitele.es (it is hosted in Spain).

  14. Put the currently used VPN server at the top of the list.

    So you would have your list of countries, and the folder with your current server at the top of the list, regardless of the alphabet. And then, first in the list, the server you are connected to, if any.

  17. Proton Pass icon

    The present ProtonVPN icon is too similar to the Proton Pass one, it would be so cool if Proton could think of customizing the small icon app with a small symbol (a 🛜 or a 'link-icon', just to name a few), just like the tiny "31" on the ProtonCalendar icon.

    This will help nerd users like me to avoid clicking the wrong app. 😇

  20. Remove icon and pop-ups about switching plan to Duo + any future sales tactics

    I don't want you trying to sell me on different plans while using your paid services. You sent me emails. I know what Duo is. Please remove links and pop ups from apps. Simply sending a couple of emails would be just fine. This goes for any future products or services.
