ProtonVPN - Improvements to profile
As there are now 100 countries added, there are countries with local laws that are considered draconian, and the Windows client doesn't support this feature.
We should have extended option to our custom profiles to pick by state. Right now it's just specific individual servers which isn't fair.
I keep thinking of looking for another provider until ProtonVPN corrects this.
For example, states are implementing **** age restrictions mandating IQ laws. They're also trying to add bans on Tiktok and other social media. So I believe we should be able to just pick states that don't have this than just 'fastest.'

+1. Why is this taking so long to implement? Seems like an easy feature to add, given the fact that we can already select the fastest counties.

I agree with you. Not necessarily for the same reasons, but when I created profiles I was quite surprised that they were offered in the form of a server. Actually I don't care about choosing my server, when I create a P2P profile I just want to choose the country and let the software choose the best server for my use.
By the way, on the other hand, I think that options for Secure / TOR / P2P should be presented natively without creating profiles like NordVPN, but that's another debate 😉.
