Add 'search' to web app
There should be definitely, and fast, a "search" option in Proton Calendar.
One has to be able to find a word, a name, an address etc, instead of going back searching day-by-day this item.
Search is now available in the web app: https://proton.me/support/calendar-search

It's great function, thank you! It's a very promising innovation, but the search options still need some improvement. Filters should be installed, for example, for date intervals.

The Proton Calendar development team, if a dedicated product team exists, is doing the absolute bare minimum while development resources are allocated elsewhere. Over 2 years since the "launch" of Proton Calendar and we still don't have a complete product.
Agree entirely with you @Paco J. and @Frank, but since the dev team seems to follow requests to the letter of the law, not the spirit in which they are made, I would suggest rephrasing further feature requests to something along the lines of "Make Proton Calendar do what Google Calendar and other full-fledged web-based calendar products can do, when it comes to search" (which would include searching irrespective of devices, and printing).
It is also pretty disheartening and mind-boggling that Proton seems to have no internal governance process to distinguish between core features that ought to be have been in products at "launch" and additional features being requested by the community.
A search feature (across devices, including printing on Windows and OS X) and being able to reschedule individual instances of recurring meetings with invitees are CORE features that ought to have been there at launch, NOT "additional" or "optional" features being requested by the community. Features that 2 years later, we are still waiting on, and hobbled by the lack thereof. Proton simply hasn't given us any other mechanism to lobby for these, so we continue flapping in the wind, listening to our own voices echo here in the "UserVoice" forum.

Thanks, as others have commented. Please add search to the app too and it would be a huge step forward.
The points in my previous post on this thread are the only things I need fixed on the iOS app for it to be perfect for my personal use -

Completed, phase 1. Great.
Now, phase 2, search in the mobile app.
I know things take time. Step by step.
Keep up the good work. -

This is not "completed" as the mobile apps still doen't offer a search option.

Search working well for me today on the webpage however I use it almost exclusively on a phone.
The iOS app is working perfectly for me EXCEPT;
I only have 2 things I have found I miss multiple times a day:
1) being able to search for an entry/keyword
2) the ability to change the calendar that an entry is filled under
And one that I need at least daily:
- the ability for everyone sharing a calendar to edit that specific calendar (currently only the creator of the callendar has that privilege)
Fix these, it would be perfect for me/my family
EDIT - also being able to add calendar entries off line in the app to then update when internet available would be a huge improvement for me - I travel with work and regularly don’t have active internet connection and this is proving challenging coming from other calendar apps.

Is the searchable feature added yet?

It is the one holdup that keeps me from subscribing to your paid email plan.

Activate "Beta Access" in settings and voila there is the search (https://proton.me/support/calendar-search).

This is the only truly critical feature that is missing from Proton Calendar. In my opinion implementing a search funtion should be the top priotity of the Calendar app team.

Needless to say that this is expected in the web app and mobile app.

This is a basic function that should have been available from day 1. Without the search functionality its almost impossible to convince others to switch from Google calendar.
The lack of some basic functions in the Proton software, cause a huge waste of time. I'm not asking for fancy stuff, just make the basics work please. -

I can't read any response from Proton about this. Can you give us all a date when this is due? I don't think I'll keep paying for Proton if you can't allocate some time / money to add such a basic feature.
