Fully agree. If I'm logged into my emails on my mac, it is just a click or two to then access all of the stored data on proton drive. It would be a huge improvement to require a 6 digit (or whatever) pass code to access the proton drive. Similar to how proton pass works currently.

Another request that echos this but for Mac, please could the requests be merged to increase weight of the votes as both platforms miss this;

Exactly this request but for the MAC CLIENT TOO please!
Even just a biometrics or short passcode to decrypt/access the Mac drive folder rather than full log in. As it is currently I struggle with the security of my Drive folder on my MacForged supported this idea ·

Not sure if possible but it would be great for this to work both directions (ie upload from the phone but also grant specific apps access to specific files from Drive to use with specific permissions)

Agreed, super useful to stop using the Apple reminders

I’d like this for any proton service available on my desktop - eg drive too.
I have it on iOS and this is really important to have a “less secure” security feature than always using a memorised long password and 2FA to access my desktop proton stuff.Forged supported this idea ·

Does this not already exist?
- open email
- click the dots next to the reply section (just looking on iOS at the minute but fairly sure I can do it everywhere)
- scroll down to “more”
- “save as pdf” -

Fully support this as I can currently log in to my entire proton account (admittedly needing 2FA) with any of 10 different email addresses (some of which are openly available on my website and already get hit with spam so are clearly not secure!).
At least an option to choose a single login username for the account (and sacrifice one custom email address solely for login) would be a compromise.Forged supported this idea ·

Pleeeeeeease add this! Miss it daily and have transferred my personal and professional calendars to proton. Love it but really need to be able to search (as well as use offline) most critically

The iOS app is working perfectly for me EXCEPT;
I only have 4 things I have found I miss multiple times a day:
1) add calendar entries off line in the app to then update when internet available
2) the ability to change the calendar that an entry is filled under
3) being able to search for an entry/keyword - works on desktop, not on iOS
4) the ability for everyone sharing a calendar to edit that specific calendar (currently only the creator of the callendar has that privilege)
Fix these, it would be perfect for me/my family

Its a clunky and suboptimal work around but for the time being every time I log into a service with Bitdefender, I have proton pass autosaving the login data. Saves manually inputting it all at least.

Replicated request but for windows - ie requested on both platforms so please combine to increase the weight of the votes:
