Integrate with PGP keystore for 'to' addresses
Allow us to provide public keys for our contacts, letting us encrypt emails to people without using protonmail "secure" email with password.
Additionally offer search functionality for one of the well known keystores (MIT, etc) to find public keys for people you're sending emails to.

Proton Mail already supports Web Key Directory (WKD).
It doesn't work with custom domains out of the box, though. -

This should be implemented with key transparency, right? I think it uses multiple public keystores https://proton.me/support/key-transparency

I think this should go with finer PGP management so the same key can be used across several emails (for the same user )

Please add automated key store lookups. It is tedious to do it manually.
For example, when mailing gmail users, Protonmail should automatically look for their public key in the FlowCrypt Attester Public Key Lookup

They were suppose to to this from the beginning but still haven't delivered on that promise but have managed to introduce a proper VPN service.

Just use a secure centralized key store is all I ask. It's too confusing for the general public. I also don't like sending it inline just because things happen.

Actually agree with this one. Obviously it should be user choice to upload to said keystore, but even integration with keybase.io would be a good place to start. there solves you're encrypted data storage problem.
