    Name of the passwords when logging in is not always clear that sometimes makes sure to log in.

    The 2. Password for the mailbox and password for the password manager are affected.
    It would be helpful to create a clear and clearly recognizable distinction of the passors when logging in for several languages.

  3. Always restyle the graphic design look with more themes and colors at a nice price

    I would collect into the same preset protonmail applet, eventually paying few coins more to activate 1 or 2 or all the usefull proton tools available and already originally implemented if needed. The price could be better too with a 10 years unilimited plan with relative updates of course at around 490€/10 years, or 990€ for life or 25 years. Price locked till the end of the paid time of the plan.
    I would open the functions in a new operative page, with all the tools at hand, easy to check or work with. Whoever collaborates with good ideas will…

  4. Outbox/Sending folder

    Currently on mobile platforms it isn't possible to know whether the mail is sent or is in progress of sending. Any mail after clicking on send will be transferred to Sent folder regardless of it being sent. On web clients the attachments are uploaded before send option is active, in mobile clients it happens dynamically ..... It's a pretty basic feature which shows us the realtime status of mails being sent

  5. Option for Anonymized Account Splitting

    It would be great if we had the option to split up a service, i.e. ProtonPass. The split-up service should disappear from the original account & have, from now on, its own login.

    By the nature of Proton, we tend to store a lot of sensible / important data in one place & protect it with one login. This is insecure because if that one login gets compromised, a lot of important data is lost or leaked. It should not be possible to trace back the split-up service to the original account.

    Paying customers start with a Basic Plan, and as their needs grow, they can add items; i.e., Storage (100 GB, 200 GB... 500 GB, etc...), more VPN connections, more high-speed VPN connections, etc...

    One click, and it is done instantly.

    Should be great to also rely on Proton Account to sync our current browser (Firefox, ...) settings instead of default sync server (Mozilla, ...)

    I found "Dashboard" is ambiguous and I always get confused to find this page. It might be better for this page to be named as "Payment", "Plans", or etc.

  13. Temporarily disable/deactivate account

    I'd like to have an option (for example above "delete this account") to disable/deactivate the account, so no one new can login. So, for example, I'm going somewhere without any internet connection and don't want hackers to get control over my account I could deactivate/disable the account, so the attacker couldn't, for example, use my account for malicious/illegal purposes, that'd result in account ban due to Terms violation.

  14. Complete Log of account: Plan Type- $ amount paid- subscription Begin and End Dates

    I've been looking for days trying to find what my Current Plan IS and when the Subscription Ends, It seem to be a guarded secret.

    Through an OLD Help email I linked to an offer from Proton that showed my current Plan AND I could RENEW MY CURRENT PLAN.

    Why is RENEW your current plan NOT AN OPTION? Seems all Proton wants is to UPGRADE you to a more expensive Plan, even if you are already ON the plan.
    Take the coffee pot out of the advertising departments break area.

  16. Secuirty 2nd authentication with Email I serisouly advice a security code to the phone each time someone logs in i dont feel safe with email

    I just been hacked on facebook and hotmail and it was basically due to email and data breaches i securtiy think 2nd authentication login in each time with email is a safer approach as once they are in your email they can take your person idea info accounts bank accounts everything.

  18. Ability to save preferred app choice on login menu

    Hello!

    Earlier this year, I noticed that after entering my account name and password on the login page, instead of going directly to my email, I've been directed to a page where I can choose which Proton app I want to use (email, calendar, etc.). I love that Protonmail is creating more features with security as their cornerstone; however, I use email 95%+ of the time, and it would be nice if I could check a box to select my preferred app so I don't have to visit the app menu every time I login.

  20. admin takeover additional precautions

    When an account has more than one admin, allow the primary admin to set an additional security precaution or set the second/third/etc... admin to secondary/third/etc... admin, such as an additional password, or 2FA code. This would protect the original account holder, incase the second/third/etc... admin tries to take over the account of the original account holder.
