Proton Pass: Make Pin toggle button easier to navigate to
Hiding the Pin button in the ellipsis menu isn't necessarily the most intuitive place to find it. Fortunately, we have ample screen real estate to promote it next to the Edit button.

The ability to disable unwanted apps for users or domain.
This would also provide feedback to how many people use the apps and what apps should be enhanced or fixed rather than giving us half-baked new apps that we don't want.

Copy the good stuff
I’m an Apple user since many years. I love their hardware, their OS and most of their apps. I also love the usability and the integration between apps. But I do not love the risk of Apple handing out my data to NSA.
My suggestion to improvements is to thoroughly study the design and the functions of apps like Apple Mail, Calender, Reminders etc. and then incorporate the good stuff into the apps from Proton. I also suggest that you develop native apps for the respective OS for Mac, iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch.

Release the Proton Blog under a Creative Commons license
I think it would be great if, consistent with Proton’s commitment to open source, Proton moves to a more open model for its content too. A Creative Commons license would be the perfect fit for the blog.

Publish more of the products to the Mac App Store
Please publish more of the platform products to desktop app stores, including the Mac App Store, the Windows Store, and the Ubuntu Software Centre (Linux). That way, users will enjoy a more convenient, intuitive way to install the full complement of Proton products in desktop environments.

Better contrast for OS scrollbars in dark mode themes
Dark mode themes like Carbon interact poorly with OS scrollbars, such as Google Chrome macOS scrollbars. The contrast is low, resulting in the scrollbar being nearly invisible.
Work with CSS/vendors to ensure better contrast for OS scrollbars when activating Proton dark mode themes.

Proton Drive: Show sync ETA in menulet / system tray menus
Please provide an estimation for remaining sync time, in the menulet (macOS) and system tray (Windows) menus.
The information is relevant, for example, for users who need to keep the computer awake for a long time, in order to ensure that file transfers are able to complete before the computer goes to sleep.
For comparison, Dropbox provides this information.

Fix gap between My files vs. Photos in Proton Drive
A user could reasonably expect that visual multimedia photos (PNG, WEBP, JPEG, BMP, SVG, etc.) and videos (WEBM, GIF, MP4, etc.) in "My files" would also appear in the "Photos" tab, but they do not.
Request an option to allowlist a custom list of directories in "My files" to automatically sync with "Photos."

Proton Pass: Add a tab to quickly scroll through all TOTP codes in one convenient view
Proton Pass implements TOTP in an awkward way compared to other TOTP apps. Instead of presenting a convenient, scrollable list of TOTP codes, Proton forces users to search for individual login items.
Until Proton Pass implements this, the overall TOTP signin workflow feels slow and cumbersome, especially when signing into 2FA applications that frequently request 2FA codes, such as enterprise systems.

Proton Pass: Allow multiple email addresses per record
Some login accounts are associated with multiple email addresses. Please let us specify additional email addresses in our identity items and our login items.
This also provides users with more ways to check their email addresses against Dark Web leaks, in the case that the email address is tied to an identify record but not tied to any login records.
This also helps with basic autofill of email address information, in forms various and sundry.

Blockchain domains, identities and email are features of WEB3. Having support here for email would be helpful if it would add extra security.

Cependant, j'ai remarqué que certaines fonctionnalités pourraient être encore améliorées pour répondre à de nouveaux besoins.
serait'il possible de considérer la création d'une API qui permettrait à n8n (et autres outils similaires) d'accéder aux données et fonctionnalités de ProtonMail, ProtonDrive, ProtonAgenda et ProtonDocument. Cela faciliterait l'automatisation des tâches et la création de workflows personnalisés.

Delete emails based on the information following the @ sign
I receive a lot of Spam from someone@ an email address such as @ecommerceshop.net. I can go into each email and mark it as spam, but this is time consuming. It would be nice to be able to automatically delete emails based on the part of the address after the @ sign. It would eliminate all distribution list activity.

Multi-select mode in mobile app: Add "select all" to search query
Request
User should be able to select all emails from a list of searched emails.Select all appears if you long press in the inbox or click on a label, but it is not available if you search for an email or a term that will return multiple emails.
This appears in desktop but not in mobile app. It is an inconsistent experience.
Use Case
1. In the mobile app, make a search query that will return multiple emails. (Ex: "Amazon")
2. Long press on the the icon to the left of the email to enter multi-select mode

Lock with biometric (ex.fingerprint) unlock on every proton app that has sensitive data. There should be auto-lock options as well.

Start anew
How about something like a beginner or starter package for folks like me haha. Very bad short-term memory. Including proton I need to retrieve delete and abolish all past email accounts and start anew. I will eventually get all proton apps but where to start and which ones first. Even now I'm still having a hard time trying to keep up just with protons passwords and logins. The only one at fault here is me but there has to be a simpler method. Help please.
