Add DARK MODE to PROTON DOCS (or just use Opera Browser)
Only little intervention needed to extend the structure of proton docs, to a fully adjustable background feature. Maybe even ask Lumo to do it over night. pls my eyes hurt...Or just ask opera to open it for you and forcing it to dark mode

on the proton drive share view links it would be nice if they also included the dates (as shown in the owners proton drive accounts) please.

Not impressed yet
My husband has been raving about Proton for several weeks so I finally created an email and have been trying to transfer my Gmail to Proton. Unimpressed with the calendar (no 15 minute intervals, no clear time zone references so I hope I don't miss my interview tomorrow, can't click on the location to get directions to any locations). I just had to re-install my Windows 11 Professional system because of OneDrive corruption ( spent 4 days trying to save this thing and finally just backed up what I could to an external USB drive and blasted this with a clean install ) and now trying to get all my Proton applications re-installed on this desktop. ( Avoid OneDrive, especially when it MOVES things instead of just a backup and sync... without notifying the users. No network ( for ANY REASON ), no files !

Proton Drive custom page view/order.
Example: when on Proton Drive first page, with all my folders, I use alphabetical order a-z. Then when I open a folder, in many situations I have a long list of documents, but I'm looking for the newest or oldest one, so I change the page view/order accordingly. However, then when I return to the first page all the folders have changed also to oldest or newest - and are not listed alphabetically anymore...Would it be possible to keep the view per page or folder, so that it doesn't always have to be changed…

Android Proton Apps in single, verifiable, supported Repository
Currently Proton makes all of its APKs available via protonapps.com; however it does not make the primary pages for the APKs easy to access or obvious. Additionally, Proton has been previously committed to following a more open-source modelling, publishing to Github. However consistency across Proton Apps is quite poor, and trying to access APKs via this method easily (in essence, as per an RSS feed) is not ideal.
I note that Proton partially supports alternative with VPN and Pass both on F-Droid. Whilst the GrapheneOS community often has issues with this, it is ultimately up to the user.

Server capacity & disconnection issues

I’m using ProtonVPN free and facing serious problems while connecting:
Because nearby servers (e.g., Netherlands, Poland, Romania) are often full, I’m frequently routed to very distant servers like Singapore or Japan, which causes high latency.
While connected, sometimes the server suddenly reaches capacity or, due to my modem’s same-SSID issue (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz switching), the connection drops and I’m forced onto another server. This makes online games disconnect instantly.
When I try to switch servers multiple times, the client enforces a long cooldown, which forces me to wait unnecessarily.

Regional price for the Student Discount
It would be great if Proton added regional pricing to the student discount. By adjusting the cost based on the local cost of living, the plan would become much more affordable for students in different countries.

Reduce # of clicks to move a message
Hi there! When I highlight a message and click the "Move" option, a list of folders is presented, requiring a second click on the chosen folder and a third click on the Move button.
It would be faster to double-click the appropriate folder in order to move the message. Alternatively, as you type in the filter box, when the correct folder name is displayed, allow the user to hit the Enter key to move the item to the displayed folder.
It takes a cursor move + 2 extra clicks to move an item to the desired folder. Having used Gmail…

Different font sizes and other appearance settings for each app
I need a different font size in Calendar and Mail since they are a completely different experience and use wildly different real estate on the screen for their elements.

Resolve the glitches in editing a table within a Proton Doc while on a mobile device.
We are a small co-operative team trying to collaborate. We are using mobile devices, and we can't easily edit tables because:
- Selecting the column is a bunch of trial and error
- Sometimes we start entering information in, and then it stops allowing us to type in information, requiring multiple attempts.
Please resolve these bugs. This is hindering adoption for our teammates.

Better signatures
The current signature feature in Proton Mail is insufficient for business applications.
In addition to long requested features such as support for multiple signatures, or being able to switch between HTML and Plain signatures on different platforms, other features such as, but not limited to, the following would make Proton Mail a realistic option for larger businesses:
- reply signature option (to avoid spamming a big signature block for every single reply in a thread),
- authenticating signatures (signatures with some kind of validation token; unclear on how to implement),

Email notifications for specific senders
I like receiving notifications on my phone for new emails but wish I could select WHICH senders activate notifications, leaving them off for everyone else. That is very important to me so I don't miss client e-mails.

Change "All Settings" to "All Settings / Dashboard"
Many directions say to "got to the Dashboard." However, there is no field / button to select that says "Dashboard." This can make things difficult for new users (like me).

Mobile Apps: Do not prompt for FIDO2 pin (be consistent with website)
I don't know about the Android apps, but on iOS, the dialogue prompts for the pin when using a security key.
This is not the case on the website, and in my opinion, requesting the pin only makes sense when the key is the only factor, in Proton's case, the user's password is already required.
