It will be great if it can use other languages106 votes -

New category: Privacy Policies & TOS & Opt outs
Problem: Keeping track of accepted privacy policies, TOS, and submitted opt-outs across hundreds or thousands of websites is a losing battle.
Request:
- I would like to have a way to capture the privacy policies and TOS any time we have to agree to them (signup and updates) and have that history available to refer back to.
- I would also like to be able to record that I completed a Data Request as well as Opt-out.3 votes -

Price, configuration, data inclusion, and half the upgrades should be added to proton
Description: Proton Pass and Proton Authenticator are excellent tools for privacy-conscious users, but the free versions could be even more powerful with a few key improvements. These enhancements would strengthen security, reduce manual work, and improve usability while staying true to Proton’s mission of protecting user privacy.
Proposed Improvements:
Free Proton Pass
Add support for unlocking with a PIN or hardware security key for faster, secure access.
Allow reordering of custom fields and better vault organization.
Expand alias integration with SimpleLogin, so disposable emails can be managed directly inside Proton Pass.
Ensure automatic synchronization between web and mobile apps.

Enable all predefined field types in "other" > "start from scratch"-entries
The "Other" > "Start from scratch" entry type is super useful, but it could be a lot more user friendly if more or preferebly all predefined field types and the respective functionality that comes with them were availabe.
At the moment, only Text, TOTP, Hidden and Date are selectable.
Being able to select the field Password, with the randomizer option as when creating a Login entry, would be a great improvement.
A use case is my non-proton email adresses; I like to have them all gathered in a pinned item called "Emails". I have created one "start from scratch"-entry where…

Support macOS Window Tiling Shortcuts
macOS 15 introduced native window tiling support which previously has not been possible without a third-party app.
Unfortunately it seems that many third party apps do not support this added feature. I am seeing it most commonly in apps built with Electron.Below are the shortcuts that I know of that should be supported. I have also linked a website that covers this a little more thoroughly.
Fn-Control-F: Fill the screen with the current window
Fn-Control-C: Center the current window
Fn-Control-Left Arrow: Snap the current window to the left
Fn-Control-Right Arrow: Snap the current window to the right
Fn-Control-Up Arrow:…5 votes -
Many missing features when coming from Dashlane
Please consider this as an all-in-one feature request about what the competition has to offer and you don't.
I am a long-time user of Dashlane and right now I'm evaluating ProtonPass.
ProtonPass Pros:
Integration with SimpleLogin/Mail aliases and Proton as a parent company. Stylish UI.ProtonPass Cons:
macOS AutoFill and Safari Passkeys work well in Dashlane but are absent in ProtonPass.TOTP auto fill works well in Dashlane, but in ProtonPass it's a buggy feature attempt. Many times it fails to show up, and when it does it's just a popup and requires you to paste (and guess that it's…

Don't automatically add a forward slash when a port number is at the tail of an URL.
I have a login in Proton Pass like example.com:10000, commenly used for Webmin. PP automatically adds a forward slash, which is nice for the webserver you're going to, but not in this case.

Auto-minimize Authenticator upon clicking to copy code
Since you probably just opened authenticator in front of the the OTP field you need to fill, you have to get Authenticator out of the way anyway

Paradigm change of personal identity management
♻️ Paradigm change of personal identity management
Hi there, I'm no professional UI designer, nevertheless here are my suggestions to rethink the future design of Proton Pass.My opinion is that redesigning should take care of the main purpose of the application and the future usage trends .
🌏 Context
Today, Proton Pass is only seen as a password manager with identity add-on. There is a huge movement to change the IT environment to evolve to a much more privacy respecting paradigm.
Blockchain is the founding brick of this movement and it is about to be rebuilt with privacy by…2 votes -

Secure notes integrated with Standard notes
Secure notes are a great way to to store notes within protonpass, however its specifically is missing a lot of basic features such as font size, formatting etc..
Integrating standard notes (who you are now collaborating with) features into the built in secure notes within the protonpass app would be perfect. If you can choose a note "type" like you can with standard notes such rich text, spreadsheet, or markdown text etc.. and then use those notes to build out more within the secure notes. I currently use google docs for some spreadsheets, but if I could use a spreadsheet…

Raycast extension for common actions like searching the vault
I want a Raycast extension similar to 1Password and LastPass that provides quick access to essential password management actions, such as searching the vault or generating secure passwords. This extension should streamline everyday password-related tasks without needing to open a full password manager app.

UI revamp
Need cosmetic touches. compact list view would help specially when dealing with 10s of accounts. Sorting/Grouping by provider etc.. Also adding a provision to store one time backup passwords (when 2fa does fail to work for some reason) for each 2fa entry would turn this app into a complete solution. Aegis does better job at this.

ProtonPass : Add Shortcut to Use Existing Alias When Creating Identifier
Currently, when creating a new identifier, two options are offered at the bottom of the mobile screen: create a new alias, or use my account email. But how do you reuse an alias that’s already been created? You’re forced to exit the identifier creation page, create a new alias, click to create a new identifier, then paste the newly created alias. Very tedious...
It would be great to have a third shortcut: "Use an existing alias".2 votes -
Auto mimimize desktop app
The app will stay open indefinitely if minimize isn't selected. Similar to clearing clipboard after so much time the desktop app should minimize as well. Security feature so Protonpass doesn't stay open.

Close on X
When I hit the X button, the app should CLOSE not minimize. The number of times I have accidentally left the app open when I want to close it....this gives anyone who walks up to my PC access to my passwords.
Proton seem to go on the assumption that our PC's are secure. They need to go on the assumption that they are not. Applications should EXIT when told to do so.
It's fine to have minimize as an option, but it should not be the default.
