Search aliases by mailbox
I currently have 16 different mailboxes for Proton Pass aliases, and I'll likely create more in the future to help organize my incoming messages. I specifically do this by appending "+label" info into the email addresses. For example, I might have the following mailboxes: foo+news@bar.com, foo+archive@bar.com, foo+activities@bar.com, foo+promotions@bar.com, etc.
Feature request: I need a way to search for all aliases that include a given mailbox. For example, show me all aliases that forward to foo+news@bar.com.
I don't know of any way to perform this type of search, and since I'll have over 1000 aliases (due…

Enable vault-wide monitoring exclusion
Currently, "Exclude from monitoring" only applies to each individual item. However, doing this for each account is onerous. Please enable right clicking into an existing vault and allow users to "Exclude all items from monitoring" on a per-vault basis to simplify the process.

Support for Mooltipass encrypted backup files
With Mooltipass hardware password repositories failing due to battery lifecycle, it would be beneficial to be able to import their native backup file direct to Proton Pass.
The alternative is to manually copy and past each filed for each credential as plain text export is not supported with the Mooltipass Mini BLE device.

Allow syncing catch-all aliases to a separate vault
Currently, we can automatically sync all SimpleLogin aliases into 1 single vault. This is great but can be improved for users who use the catch-all feature. Because certain domains receive a lot of spam if catch-all is enabled, it would be fantastic to have catch-all aliases that have been created automatically to sync to another vault of our choosing; this would help us quickly determine which catch-all domains to disable or delete and manage aliases more efficiently.

MDM-style management of credentials via time-limited vault shares in Pass
Vaults with time limits to sharing would be great for multi-device use cases of Proton and limiting the fallout from endpoint compromises (maybe linked together with QR codes)? You can hack together a solution now using multiple user accounts and doing the time-based share via folders yourself, but this really should be a thing vaults do by default. Similar for cross-user sharing use cases.
Similar, Pass should not download all creds, only creds for specific vaults for a specific time period.

Disable Primary Proton Mail Suggestion on Registration – Show Only ‘Create New Alias’ Prompt
During website registrations, Proton Pass’s autofill currently suggests the user’s primary Proton Mail address as a possible e‑mail value. A setting is needed that completely removes this primary‑address suggestion for registration forms. When the setting is enabled, the only e‑mail option presented during sign‑up should be the existing “hide my e-mail” prompt.
Removing the primary‑address suggestion prevents the user’s main email from being inadvertently exposed to third‑party services, thereby improving privacy and reducing the risk of spam, phishing, or data‑breach fallout.

Clarify use case scenarios of Proton Pass autofill feature
I think that my installation of Proton Pass, which includes the Windows desktop app, the brower extension, the phone app, and the web app, used to offer to autofill website logins more often than it currently is doing so, As such, I would like more information on what affects autofill and how to configure things which make autofill offer suggestions for ID and password for website logins. I realize that websites may be developed such that they prevent autofill from offering suggested login information, but how that happens would be good information to know also. So, please expound on this…

Smart 2FA Secret Import - Paste and Auto-Convert TOTP Keys
Smart 2FA Secret Import - Paste and Auto-Convert TOTP Keys
Problem
Currently, migrating 2FA codes from other password managers to Proton Pass is painful. Users must manually re-scan QR codes for every single account, which can take hours for users with many 2FA-enabled accounts. This migration friction prevents users from switching to Proton Pass.
Requested Feature
Smart 2FA Key Recognition and Import
Allow users to simply paste 2FA secrets in various formats, and Proton Pass automatically recognizes and converts them into working TOTP codes.
Supported Formats
Base32 secrets (e.g., JBSWY3DPEHPK3PXP)
OTPAuth URIs (e.g., otpauth://totp/Example:user@site.com?secret=ABC123&issuer=Example)
Google Authenticator export format

Ability to create subdomains with Pass alias domains
I'd like to request the possibility of creating subdomains using Pass domains to create aliases (subdomain.passmail.net, subdomain.passinbox.com...), as already happens in SimpleLogin which allows you to create private subdomains with some domains.
These domains seem very good for this type of purpose.

undo option ie for accidental trash, overall trash accessibility
Undo button or Menu item for undo. It is too easy to accidentally trash an item and too hard to find the trash 'folder' (a secondary related improvement). Trash could be in the list of passwords when it has content. or Trash could be in the categories. It shouldn't take more than 2 seconds to undo an accidental deletion (and perhaps other undo options besides deletion - such as undo pastes - could make things more efficient as well.

New Entry: Option to view new entry after creation
Currently after creating a new entry it displays a banner at the bottom and then you have to go find the entry. If the banner included a link/button to tap to jump to that recently created entry that would be great.

Android topbar shortcut
When you swipe from the top of your screen and down, Android has a bunch of standard shortcuts (enable wifi/bluetooth, flight mode, flashlight, etc) and then also apps that have created their own shortcuts. Bitwarden has a shortcut here but Proton Pass does not. Its a much faster way to open the app.

Trash should not be a Vault (i.e., excluded from All Vaults)
Suggest renaming "Trash" to "Archive" and automatically excluding it from the "All Vaults" view. I would also like to see a boolean flag added to each "Vault", which determines whether it should be shown in "All Vaults" view or not, because I would like to create archive vaults of my own.
The point is, it should be possible to store data long-term without it getting in your way on a day-to-day basis or cluttering the autofill options for various sites and services. Items in the Trash should not even be considered IMHO, and the same for any Vault that is…
