Setting to copy URL instead of launching web browser
In the desktop app, there should be a setting so that clicking a website link copies it to the clipboard instead of launching the default web browser. Or at least provide some way to copy the link to the clipboard--there is no way to do that currently.

I need to be able to paste the Pass web link into a private browser or browser of my choice. It's a privacy issue Proton should address ASAP.

I couldn't agree more with the comments below. This UI behavior (if intentional and not a bug) is a rare misstep for PM. To auto-launch into the default browser is not acceptable. 1Password's UI does a good job in this regard.

Currently, the "Websites" entries are live links which open a browser window or tab. This is inconvenient for some sites, for the user may wish to copy the link and use it elsewhere (e.g., a private browser tab or a browswer other than the default one, or paste it in an email or document, etc.). As such, please make the vault "Websites" entries copyable. A right-mouse-button-popup-menu with "Open with...", "Copy", and perhaps other menu choices would be nice.

I signed in to make the same request. A copy button for the URL would be incredibly helpful to me. I use different browser profiles for work, shopping, random browsing, etc, so having the website open in the default browser profile is very inconvenient. It would be even better to have an option in settings to set the default action when clicking on the URL, if you want it to open directly or to copy it to the clipboard. That would be even more useful for me, but I will be happy with just a copy button.

Currently the only way to copy a website address from the desktop app is to edit the entry, highlight, and copy. Clicking on the website launches your default browser.

+1 the ability to copy / paste into non-default browser or incognito is so critical for privacy!

Seconded. I use several browsers for various logins and I don't always want the URL opening in the default browser. Thanks!
