Password Generation History in Mobile Apps
We strongly urge the implementation of a 'Password History' feature in mobile applications, especially in password management tools like Proton Pass. This functionality is not merely a convenience but an essential tool for users who rely on such apps to maintain strong, unique, and secure passwords. Without a history feature, users face significant challenges in tracking or referencing previously generated passwords, which can lead to confusion, security risks, or even account lockouts. A 'Password History' option would greatly enhance both usability and security, empowering users to manage their credentials more effectively. Given its critical role in modern password management, this…

Multiple email address suggestions when registering for new sites ("Use My Email" feature)
When registering for new websites, I have multiple email addresses that I may wish to use (one for email, one for my employer, one for my side hustle, etc) and also I have my own privacy domain (e.g. website@mydomain.com)
Could we have some extra choices here please? I actually never ever sign up for stuff with my default email address, I always want to use website@mydomain to sign up with ... so I can never use this feature you've built.

Option to Unlink Simplelogin Alias linked with Proton Pass.
Simple login users can link alias into proton pass.
But the catch is that deleted alias from pass deletes Simplelogin alias too.
This forces the user to use proton pass, since if user decides to unsubscribe from Pass or Protonmail, there is a possibility of losing alias.
Building an privacy ecosystem is okay for ease. But there should be an option to opt-out
We would prefer an option to be able to unsync the alias. This can lead to loss of alias.4 votes -
Proton Pass: choose autocompletion with username or email based on url/website
I have an item with email and username. The item is asociated to several urls (several applications in the same organization). Some urls require login with email, in others is the login with username which is mandatory.
In the item properties, it would be nice to define to which urls apply the username or the email on the autocompletion. At least show the two options in the popup for autocompletion.5 votes -
Samsung password importer
I would like to request the ability to import passwords from Samsung Pass. Currently, this feature is not available, and I believe adding a Samsung Pass password importer would be very beneficial.

Added Protection for Sensitive Passwords
adding an option to secure specific passwords with an additional password to view or edit. This would provide extra protection for sensitive accounts and enhance user security.

Parent and child folders
I would like to be able to add subfolders to Proton Pass.
For example, if I had a parent folder called Games, I could have several game folders under it.
This would make it easier to keep track of my main and secondary accounts.18 votes -
Require Proton Password to Unlock
I use a long master password for 1Password and having to enter it to unlock the app every time helps me remember it. I would like for this to be an option instead of the PIN so I can continue to refresh my memory by being required to type out the password daily.

Able to use Yubikey as a other option to Login
Simply to be able to use a Yubikey to login Proton pass, but it will use a seperate mfa from the proton account. Just like Extra Password. Because I like the fact that my Proton Pass locks after 5min, but it is quite annoying to always type my long password. (I do not want to use a PIN) so being able to leave my Yubikey plugged in would make it better for me

Auto save a generated password
Many times I generate a password, Proton does not pop up the 'save this password' window after the browser navigation. This means the password that was just generated is lost and I do not know the password for something I just signed up to. It would be really useful if you could click Proton at that point, and it could suggest 'Do you want to save the password you just generated'?
I hit this when signing up to Amplitude just now, but it's about 50/50 whether Proton correctly shows the pop up.

Needs more nesting to categorize more efficiently
Needs more nesting to categorize more efficiently. I'm using Datavault and the top level is Category with Type under the and then the Items.
So, under Financial I have Banks, Brokerage, Credit Cards, Retirement, etc... Then under Banks are all my bank accounts with account number, login information, PIN, etc...
I suppose I could use titles like Financial/Banks and on, but that's an awkward work-around. Having top level categories just makes it easier to find things and have like items clustered together in a logical way.6 votes -

Pass Monitor - Third Party 2FA
I wanted to make a feature request specifically for the Pass Monitor section of the app. Currently there is a section that monitors 2FA for accounts, however it only check that against accounts using Proton for 2FA. I was wondering if there would be a way to note or otherwise indicate that accounts are using a third party 2FA, such as Authy.

Command Line Interface / CLI
1Password has a very nice CLI for use in the shell that would be a great feature for you to support, too.
