    To challenge the technological monopoly of the browser engine, we are the Global Alliance for Browser Engine Freedom. We call upon Proton AG—a recognized leader in fighting Big Tech—to leverage its influence and resources to structurally support the development and adoption of a third, viable, and truly open-source browser rendering engine, thereby making genuine privacy-by-default on the web a technological reality, not just a policy position.
