    You should not use Chrome!

    And browsers not controlled by big tech exist!

    - Waterfox
    - Librewolf
    - ZenBrowser
    - Floorp
    - Tor
    - Vivaldi (which has partnered with ProtonVPN)
    - Brave

    Developing a rendering engine other than Gecko would be very complicated (see the problems of mozilla with servo...). Proton could partner with Ladybird.
