    There are some shortcuts, but the ones they have don't work 90% of the time. Whatever element on the page they are using to capture keystrokes keeps losing focus whenever I go to the previous or next message, forcing me to click around every time until it works again.

    Really disappointed that something so basic isn't an option after dropping hundreds of dollars on a subscription, specially after seeing that this has been a problem they've known about for over 8 years at least.
