I second this! I use Microsoft Authenticator as a backup and because Proton doesn't support the native prompts. It would be nice if we could ignore or filter out this prompt or application.
Additionally, I would want a way to duplicate the native secrets from MS Authenticator into Proton, just in case I lose my phone again.

As far as I know, most Proton apps can be found on winget. However, I think adding them to msstore would probably aid adoption among non-technical users. It could also enable more seamless integration with the rest of the OS, such as moving the install drive or binding Lumo to the Copilot key. Publishing is also made free now.

PLEASE do not add this suggestion unless you know what you're doing. Samsung Pass works like this and it was a NIGHTMARE to identify and remove all the duplicate logins. It was also impossible to sort the list by username or URL like you can in Firefox because the names have no consistency due to how it was implemented. If Proton does go ahead and add this suggestion, I want to AT LEAST have the ability to automatically remove duplicates from other password managers before pushing the update.
