    @static7191 thank you for this :) exceptional advice and insight.

    I've still upvoted on the grounds it would be far more conveniant for all other proton users if this was native to firefox's functionality.

    I was going to suggest something very similar in that you could tick a checkbox next to each chat (could uncheck some but your favourite idea makes sense) / select all and then delete.
