Would be great to be able to use something like Alpha Vantage's MCP server to pull in financial data into Lumo.

Would love something like this, but I would suggest: the labelling should be explicit. The user should be able to add or remove any the labels that the AI adds automatically.

My suggestion would be that chats should be saved the Drive as json files, along with any uploaded file, to maintain the complete record. (similar to how LM Studio stores things locally)

I’m not clear on why the existing ‘Anything else Lumo should know about you?’ personalization is insufficient to meet this requirement. I wouldn’t want profiling that isn’t transparent, explicit and on an opt‑in basis. Perhaps Lumo could allow adding to the personalization from within the chat, but I would expect to have to give explicit consent each time a save is proposed.

As mentioned in the previous update on this feature, it is now being edited to be a request for slides.

I would just add that Websearch should be an optional boolean argument. And the system prompt should automatically tell LUMO the maximum number of characters supported by a single cell.
I would primarily use this to pull financial data. As a substitute for the GOOGLEFINANCE function available on Google Drive, with the expanded capability of pulling data from non-US mutual fund issuer's website.
