I would like to suggest that Proton considers developing a privacy-focused web browser as part of the Proton ecosystem.
A Proton Browser with full support for modern browser extensions would be extremely valuable, especially if it integrates natively with existing Proton services such as Proton Pass, Proton VPN, and Proton Account.
Key points:
Privacy by default (no tracking or telemetry)
Full support for browser extensions
Native integration with Proton Pass (passwords, aliases, passkeys)
Optional Proton VPN integration per site or per tab
Cross-platform support (Android and desktop)
Many Proton users are actively trying to reduce their dependency on Google and other big-tech ecosystems. A Proton Browser would provide a strong private alternative and further strengthen Proton as a complete privacy-first platform.
