   There is an option to filture by email addresses, but it is several clicks away, and it is not instantly clear how many emails are pending your attention in each of them. So yes, some simpler split by email addresses would help.

   Don't remove anything. There should be a choice between US and European services. I'd like to use Webex if we discuss US solutions; European alternatives are also a must.
