    Very good idea.
    If I can avoid using login with Google or Microsoft on websites that would be a big win. The reason I'm using Proton in the first place is to move away from the tech giants

    The use of proprietary formats in Proton Drive should be considered a dead end. This is not how internet works.
    My showstopper for using Proton Drive is that there is no support to preview docx- and odt files on my Android phone. Therefore I use Synology Drive which does.

    I don't really care if I can edit documents in the Proton Drive application. I just want them to be easily editable in Linux using Libre Office or OnlyOffice much like you do in Windows where you just open documents from the synced folder.

    I would love to use Proton Calendar as my daily driver, but
    since the Android Widget for Proton Calendar is so big and clunky I rather use other calendar options.

    I really miss not being able to backup important files on my Synology to Proton Drive!!!
