I've prompted Lumo to give me short answers, 200 words or less. While the answers aren't bad in themselves, they tend to be almost twice as long.

A project should be a container for a) a description what should be achieved and how, b) multiple files and folders with project materials, and c) multiple chats with different custom lumos to achieve the goal.
E.g. to create a proposal for a client, it may be necessary to work on a text, presentation and spreadsheet at the same time with separate custom lumos.

Lumos subscription management is a total mess. It beats me how you can so fail at selling a service people actually want to buy.
- Cannot subscribe monthly/yearly while having VPN as yearly subscription and have to subscribe through Google
- Cannot switch from monthly to yearly payment while having an active subscription
- When subscription expires, my chats should in theory be kept for another 7 days, but when I switched to yearly the day after, all project chats got deleted
- Customer support does not respond at all
