    The lack of tags really surprised me when I imported my 1password items and ended up with a huge list that I'd have to manually reformat to make easily usable.

    I was hoping to drop 1password, but this is a pretty ugly feature gap.

    This might have some utility if TOTPs saved in pass can also be displayed in authenticator, though in a different tab/folder/etc.

    Absolutely not for the reverse, codes saved only on authenticator are intentionally separate and shouldn't sync back to pass, ever. That's the whole point, it's that they are separate and a compromised vault or password doesn't also compromise the most important accounts that you store separately.

    It would be okay for pass to be *aware* that the TOTP for an account is in authenticator, and using that mechanism to associate site data etc might be useful. But if doing that I'd want a secondary password or pin used to encrypt the authenticator sync.

    Calendar sync on Android is the one feature currently blocking me from swapping to using Proton, as I want to be able to continue to use the calendar app I've had for many many years that provides widgets and views not available to me otherwise.
