Snooze / Remind Me function for simple email follow-ups
I’d love to suggest a feature that would make email management in Proton Mail so much smoother: a "Mark as unread in X days" or "Mark as unread on [Date]" option (basically a classic Snooze / Zurückstellen feature, similar to Gmail).
The Use Case:
Right now, keeping track of emails that need a follow-up later is a bit clunky. My ideal workflow would look like this:- I receive an email that I don not need right now, but need to act on in a few days.

Add Calibri to email fonts, and show fonts names in their font style
In All settings>Message and composing>Composing, I would like to the the dropdown list of fonts names written in their own font style. Also I would like to see Calibri in the list of fonts, it's everywhere nowadays.

Swipe to snooze email in mobile apps
Add "Snooze" as an option for the customizable swipe actions (either right or left). I'm glad snooze is finally in the mobile navigation, but it also needs to be added as an option for either swipe direction.

Calendar notifications after an event
I frequently use calendar to log when I have done something or when something happened. In these cases, it would be helpful to have an option to add a notification after an event, in the same way that there is currently an option for notifications before an event.
For example, if I had a cleaning task which needed completing once per month, I could create an event on the day I completed this cleaning task, then set a notification for one month after this event, to remind myself that this task is due to be repeated.

PAKE authentication protocol: OPAQUE
Good morning,
I read this old article on the SRP protocol: https://proton.me/blog/encrypted-email-authentication. It is now considered less secure than OPAQUE, as described here https://blog.cryptographyengineering.com/should-you-use-srp/, and has recently been adopted by Brave https://brave.com/blog/brave-accounts/.
Do you have any plans to update the remote authentication protocol?

Allow excluding specific dates (e.g., holidays) from recurring events without deleting single occurrences
Currently, Proton Calendar allows creating recurring events, but there is no way to define dates that should be automatically skipped by a recurring series (e.g., school holidays, vacations, public holidays).
Please add the option to link recurring events to an exclusion pattern, so that occurrences falling on specified dates are automatically hidden or skipped — for example by selecting another calendar that contains holiday events, or by manually entering exclusion dates for a series.

Auto forwarding rules based on Folder
Currently, auto forwarding conditions are limited to the subject, sender or attachment.
I've got a Duo plan and have some emails that I'd like to easily share with my partner. As the emails I'd like to share don't always fit within the above conditions, having it auto forward when put in a specific folder is the next best thing.
Proton Pass has something similar, where we can have a vault and share passwords automatically. Hoping something similar can be implemented in Mail.

Additional Options for Booking Page
Add to booking page:
- Buffer times before and after meetings to avoid back-to-back meetings
- Add maximum number of meetings per day, per week
- Allow adding more people to the appointment
- Ask booker's Time Zone. Currently the email that the person receives has in the subject the time in my time zone, which is not necessarily his/her time zone. This has already confused some of my clients and missed meetings. Even though it was correctly set in their calendar. The subject of the confirmation email has importance.5 votes -

Worried about Proton's constant invasion of privacy
Stop forcing banners and promotions on users inside Proton Mail. It Is highly distractive and disrespectful.
Commercial interests are communicated via a one-time email, but mustn't be forced onto the user by invading their apps. I'm a paying member, big plan, yet I'm being - frankly - spammed by these 'offers' many of which don't apply to me anyway. The important point: Stay out of my area. It's not yours to enter. Standardise booking page weeks to start on Monday and auto-scroll to the first available week
Currently, booking pages align weeks to the current day (e.g., starting on Thursday if viewed on Thursday). This conflicts with standard regional expectations (Monday starts) and creates confusion, especially when the current week has no availability.
Requirements:
- Week Start: Force all weeks on the guest page to start on Monday, regardless of the current day.
- Default View: Automatically scroll to and highlight the first week containing available slots. If the current week is fully booked, skip it and show the next available week immediately.

Feature Request: Keep Selected Folders Available Offline
It would be very useful if Proton Mail allowed users to mark specific folders as always available offline. The app should automatically synchronize and maintain the latest version of all emails in that folder, including all attachments, so the complete folder contents are accessible without an internet connection.
A practical example would be traveling: before a stable internet connection is available, users could already access all important travel-related information such as booking confirmations, tickets, or reservations. i love proton mail and calender so much for my business. i use it because i do not trust american companies and this is the best alternative, maybe even better. but the fact that i cannot sync my proton with any 3th party services for my business software erp. like i cannot sync my calender and such forces me to still create a google business account instead of proton. so it would be amazing if u could like find a way to make 3th party integrations alot easier.

Calendar widget for android with view options.
The calendar widget for android is horrible. You can only see the first 14 days of the month and that is all you can see.
It needs to have a proper monthly view, a list view that starts on current day and continues for a set number of days.36 votes -
Let fairemail client app configure your mail
It would be nice if you could just get it together with them as a email client application that just inherited the proton mail client so I could use all my emails on one application while I still keep the proton Mail app as well. Just wanted to let that expression out and don't expect you guys to listen but it's worth a shot.
