Copy email addresses for everyone on a calendar invite
It is very hard to email everyone who is invited to a calendar event. Even if you cannot add the "reply to calendar invite" function, can you please at least make it easy to copy all the email addresses out? Right now, if you try to copy them and then paste them into an email "to" section, it gives me an error.
Related to this, I can't copy-paste a list of emails from a spreadsheet into a calendar invite, which is extremely frustrating! Please fix the formatting so that I can add a bunch of emails to an invite quickly…

WIRE App Integration with Proton Calender for automatic creation of meetings rooms
User Story
As a Proton and WIRE user
i want to add a WIRE conference call easily / automated to my calendar event invitations
so that i don`t need to manually open WireApp to set up a conferencing call and copy the link manually to the calendar eventRationale
As a proton user i already value privacy and data security.(1) Since a couple of month Proton offers an own encrypted conferencing tool. But its only web based and does not go beyond conferencing - messaging outside of a conference is not in scope. WIRE would close both gaps.

I want to be able to invite not-proton e-mails to meeting
Currently, when I invite a non proton e-mail to a calendar event, the invitation is crypted and the receiver can't receive the invitation.

Same event in multiple calendars
I have the problem that I need to share the same event with multiple different groups of people.
For example, I need to share the dates of my firefighting drills with my office and my partner and sometimes even with my sport club. It would be amazing if it would be possible to elect multiple calenders when creating a new even or edit an existing one. Maybe there could even be some kind of "logical calendar" as shorthand to select a specific predefined set of calenders.1 vote -
Increase the supported hierarchy depth for email subfolders
Another improvement I would like to suggest is increasing the supported hierarchy depth for email subfolders.
For users who organize their mailbox with many folders and nested categories, the current subfolder structure can feel too limited. Allowing more levels of subfolders would make it much easier to keep emails well organized, especially for complex personal or professional workflows.
This would be particularly useful for users migrating from other email clients or providers where deeper folder hierarchies are already supported.

e-mail folders navigation much cleaner and faster, especially for users with many custom folders
Currently, email folders in Proton Mail — both on the web app and Android app — are expanded by default.
When there are many folders, this makes the sidebar quite long and it becomes tedious to find the folder you actually need.
It would be very useful to have folders collapsed by default, or at least to have a setting that allows users to choose whether folders should be expanded or collapsed when opening the app.
This would make navigation much cleaner and faster, especially for users with many custom folders.

Delete mails, not threads
Maybe I just do not understand the functionality correctly, maybe this is actually really bad design:
I want to delete specific emails from a thread and keep some others in the folder where they are, but if I delete one, it always moves around the other mails to this folder as well.
If I for example have two mails in a thread in the inbox, I want to delete one, and later move one into a folder, then it directly moves both into delete when I delete one, and also moves both from the bin If I want to archive…

Unread mails counter not updating
I do not see that this has been posted before, but I think its rather weird.
When I use the Linux Mail app and I get a new mail, it changes the badge for number of mails. However, I mark the mail as read, it stays there until I restart the app. Thats quite annoying, I always have a 1 or 2 there when I read new mails.
Something similar happens to the iOS-app. If I read something in the linux app, the counter on the iOS app is not going down, until I open the app.

number of unread emails in the browser tab
I’d like to see the number of unread emails in the browser tab (just like I was used to in Gmail). It can’t be that difficult… after all, the calendar tab shows the current date, for example.

Please make Contacts a separate app from Proton Mail so that I can access it directly from the Proton "Welcome" screen or app pull-down list
Please make Contacts a separate app from Proton Mail so that I can access it directly from the Proton "Welcome" screen or app pull-down list. It's a waste of time to have to open Proton Mail in order to work solely with Contacts. Your consideration would be most appreciated.

Add 'task completed' checkbox to existing calender entries
If no separate Tasks are added to Proton Calender, please add a 'completed' checkbox to existing calender items and change the color of the 'completed' item to a little 'of'f the current color.

Remove default connexion from old email adress
Hello,
When I created my proton email adress, I chose to connect it to my old gmail adress because I was originally thinking to suppress it. In the end I'd rather keep the old one for newsletter and promotional stuff, but I am not allowed to block the numerous messages I get from the gmail adress on my proton one, which is quite annoying.
Can we find a way to change this feature or should I create a new proton adress?
Thank you for considering this change or any advice.
Best,

pokemon card scanner app
The most rewarding part of using this tool is seeing how the various pieces of my collection fit into the larger global market. By utilizing this pokemon card scanner app, I have gained a much deeper appreciation for the different languages and regional sets that I used to ignore. It has opened up a whole new world of collecting for me, allowing me to track down rare international releases with the same level of confidence that I have when buying local cards at my neighborhood store.

Block off unavailable days across all booking pages
Use case: I have multiple booking pages in Proton Cal. I am traveling out of town for 9 days. How do I quickly tell my booking pages to block off that 9 day period as unavailable? There's currently no way I can see how to turn off days other than creating events to block out that time.
Booking all day events for 9 days would be annoying, and what if I go away for a month? Then I'd need to create 30 all day events? Would be good to have a button built into the calendar maybe close to booking…

Advanced Hardware Control for IA Email Writing Assistan
I suggest adding user-configurable hardware selection for the local AI email writing assistant. Currently, it automatically chooses the GPU, limiting optimization. My system includes an NPU, an NVIDIA GPU, and an AMD GPU. I’d like to set the NPU as default for lightweight, energy-efficient writing, especially on battery. For longer or more complex drafts, users should be able to select a preferred GPU or fall back to NVIDIA/AMD when available or high demand scenaries. This would improve efficiency, control, and performance.

Local AI Mail Assistant powered by NPU or GPU
I’d like to suggest adding a local‑device AI feature to your PC email client that uses NPU/GPU to help manage the inbox more intelligently. It could classify messages, suggest folders and summarize repetitive emails (e.g., from Amazon or AliExpress). It would be very useful for identifying important emails such as deadlines, payments/receivables, bank, university or security alerts, all processed locally for privacy. Small 1B–3B models are enough, and there are many text‑classification models on Hugging Face: https://huggingface.co/models?pipeline_tag=text-classification. Thank you for your work; I’ve been using your product for a week and I’m really enjoying it.

1) On the smartphone there is no search function in the calendar??? 2) Also you cannot point on a appointment and the move it to another time with the cursor, like in Googles calendar.I use the calendar for my firm, so come on do something about it. I have asked you before!!!

"all day" events appear all the way down the calendar.
Would it be possible to have an option for all day events to "block" my calendar for the whole day?.
Some all day events are just reminders, i.e. at some point today, but others really are all day events and I would like them to show across the whole day. I can sort of do that if I pick a start and end time but it feels less graceful.
Not to compare with another product but the way Outlook renders these is (surprisingly) nice, especially when paired with Show As options (Free, Busy, Tentative, etc.).
Thanks!
