    I have multiple mail addresses and I would like to configure different autoreplies for different addresses.

    Typically one autoreply for work, another for leisure

  2. Warn user that they are not sending from an alias

    Similar to to the idea "Always use hide-my-email aliases" (https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-proton-mail/suggestions/49195577-always-use-hide-my-email-aliases), but also that it warns you that you are not sending an email from an alias.

    So you can still email from your base protonmail email, but a popup warns you that you are sending an email from it.

    For a new message the size of the message window for a laptop (mac) is 4 lines. Responding to a received message the message window is 3 lines. The message window should be expandable to use the entire screen to improve functionality.

  4. Toggle to place signature below reply, above original email

    To me it seems logical that, when replying to an email, one would sign it again. In other words: That ones signature would again appear under one's reply.

    However, currently, when replying to emails in a conversation, signatures are not added again and one is left to type it manually or copy-paste it. Or let go it altogether.

    Maybe it's a cultural thing, but to me it seems unprofessional.

    I do not enjoy this as this means that handy information in my signature has to be dug up from previous emails, which requires searching on the other party's behalf.

    Enable Proton Passes email alias "block contact" feature inside Proton Mail's emails

    There by reducing the need to swap apps and find the contact to block, where this can be done inside the email itself

  7. Adjustable Sidebar Width in Proton Mail

    I would like to suggest a new feature (or improvement) for the Proton Mail interface: making the sidebar width adjustable.

    Currently, the sidebar has a fixed width, which can be problematic for users who organize their emails using folders with longer names. These names often get truncated, making it difficult to quickly identify folders. For users who rely on a structured and professional email organization, full folder visibility is essential.

  9. Fond size inside mailbox is not adjustable. It is very small and would help if it user could change it to be larger or smaller

  10. UX / User Interface of E-Mail List Improvements

    The current e-mail list in Proton Mail is very unintuitive for the eye and for the user interactions. It is one blend of text, since there is no differentiation of font weight or color.

    There should be a clear differentiation in font weight or color between "from" and "subject" line. The Spark email app can be a great reference for that.

    Spark also has an amazing feature, which is pinning important e-mails to the top of the list. This is such a game changer for e-mails that need follow-up, but I still want to see in my inbox list. Just…

  11. Reorder items on the collasable left panel menu on mobile

    On the web/desktop version you can reorder the items (inbox, drafts, sent, etc..) but on mobile you can't. I think this should be a thing on mobile. I access my emails the most on my phone so having more parity between the desktop and moible versions would be much appreciated.

  13. Add Norwegian (and More Languages) to Proton Scribe

    Currently, Proton Scribe supports nine languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese. To better serve international users, Proton should expand this list to include Norwegian and other widely used languages.

  14. Enable Enhanced Tracking Protection on Android

    Currently, Enhanced Tracking Protection in Proton Mail blocks spy pixels and email trackers by default on the web, iPhone, and iPad apps. However, this feature is missing on the Android app. To ensure consistent privacy protection across all platforms, Proton Mail should implement Enhanced Tracking Protection for Android users as well.

  15. Automatic Proton Drive upload for large email attachments

    When attaching a file that exceeds the Proton Mail attachment limit, the system should automatically prompt the user with an option to upload the file to Proton Drive instead. Once uploaded, Proton Mail should generate a secure sharing link and insert it into the email body automatically.

  17. Answering email from Proton Mail app DO NOT automatically INCLUDE attachments

    When using Proton Mail App in iOS
    If I receive an email with attachment , I can’t reply eliminating the attachment.
    To reply using just the text i have to do it from my Mac
    I looked everywhere, such a common , easy task to do , not in Proton Mail
    Please add it in the settings or make it as a default.

  18. snooze to desktop or web

    Allows the user to snooze an email in the mobile app, until they view the inbox on web or desktop. So, it's venue-based snooze, rather than time-based. I remember this feature from an email client that's since been sunset, and I miss it SO MUCH.

  20. Feature for disable login from aliases on proton account

    will be very useful and more secure for own account protonmail, so also if alias will get exposed, hackers o attacker will need the primary address protonmail for get into account and the password for who don’t have yubikey or can’t permit it.
