    We are using Proton as Domestic Violence Communication Advocates in Oregon, US. This allows us to help victims escape and be protected from their predators. However, we would like to be able to share those communications in court, and need to be able to show the IP addresses that they were sent from. Is this a feature you can help us with? Thank you!

    I have your paid service. I reported issues with it in early December and my staff cannot use their emails.

    This is still an issue. You will not speak to me on the phone and the last email response I had from you was more than 7 days ago.

  9. Nesting / parentheticals in the boolean language for filters

    At the moment, ProtonMail's filters are, unfortunately, fairly weak compared to GMails — the transition is hitting me fairly hard.

    As an example, a filter like this is almost impossibly laborious to represent in ProtonMail's manual system:

    from:(auto-confirm@amazon.com OR digital-no-reply@amazon.com) AND subject:("Amazon.com order of" OR "Your Amazon.com order")

    Given that I can't have both an AND and an OR in a single filter, for the above simple example, I'd have to create four filters:

    • from:auto-confirm@amazon.com AND subject:"Amazon.com order of"
    • from:digital-no-reply@amazon.com AND subject:"Amazon.com order of"
    • from:auto-confirm@amazon.com AND subject:"Your Amazon.com order"
    • from:digital-no-reply@amazon.com AND subject:"Your Amazon.com order"

    When marking an mail as read on the web app, the badge icon number will not update or disappear until the app on iOS is opened or another email is recieved.

  11. Give Visionary Accounts the sending limits you say they have.

    Our Visionary Accounts should not have a problem sending 600 emails (important contractual notice to clients) over a period of a couple of hours.
    But we are constantly being restricted as if we are on a free plan.
    Support keeps saying the problem is fixed, but its not.

    it is confusing!! i am already luge in mail plus, and every time i want to view a feature, proton mail offers me to upgrade to mail plus!!? it should recognize that i am a paid subscriber already!!??

  20. Please support in-line attachments in mobile app

    I commonly attach a photo to messages and it’s annoying to have to use the web browser in order to put these in line. I don’t know about the android yeah but the iOS app (on iPad) doesn’t give me the choice to do this.
