create or edit email filters
Simplify and expand the creation and maintenance of email filters.
The current creation system is extremely limited in options, and thinking that any ordinary user is willing or able to learn some obscure scripting (sieve) language to edit email filters is ludicrous. Instead of constantly adding new applications, however cool they may be, why not add some maturity to your existing products.
As an example, I would refer you to the email filter system in Thunderbird. It's not perfect, and it doesn't incorporate all of the suggestions your users have presented, but it is far more sophisticated and less daunting…

Report: Calendar Email Reminders Not Sent to Access Recipients
I am a Premium account user and have two types of calendars: personal and work. I share my work calendar with my secretary (both of us use Proton accounts). The problem arises when I create a schedule in my work calendar and activate email reminders; both notification emails only go to my account, while my secretary does not receive any notifications at all. Ideally, these email notifications should also be sent to every collaborator who has access to that calendar.

Paid XLS to VCF Converter vs Free tools - what is worth it?
I often need to convert large Excel (XLS/XLSX) contact lists to VCF (vCard) files for use on multiple devices. I have come across both paid XLS to VCF converters and free online tools. I am confused about which option is really worth it. Are paid converters significantly better in terms of features, speed, and reliability? Or are free tools sufficient for most situations? I need something reliable for offline use, with batch processing and no risk of data loss.

Snoozed emails identification
Snoozed emails can have some sort of an icon or something to show they are snoozed. Currently, when they appear in the inbox again, it looks like it's a new email and takes a while to realize it's a snoozed one.

Hide emails in specific folders from showing in All Emails
I use "All mail" all the time to view all the emails at once. But often see emails that isn't important there. So would love too be able to hide emails that are in specific folderes from showing up in "All mail". So basically just like the "Exclude Spam/Trash from All mail" setting, but just for custom folders.

Extended notifications
Even if it may be a privacy issue, there's should be an option to enable extended notifications: notification should display a summary or the initial text in email body, to be able to dismiss or delete email without opening the app. This is especially useful with wearable device.

Outbound links in desktop app should use system URL handler
In the Linux (Ubuntu) desktop app, outbound links say they will open in the default browser, but actually always open in Chrome (which is not set to default on my system). For links in the body of an email, it is possible to copy the URL and open it manually, which is less-than-great user experience but at least provides a workaround; but for system links (such as when the desktop client has an upgrade available) no copyable URL is provided.

"Mark as read" button closer to shorthand content
I typically only read the sender & subject line before marking an email as read, because the content of most emails is typically not important to me. This proportion of "typically" is upwards of 80%.
It is annoying to typically mark most of my inbox as read, when the "Mark as read" button is so far (in physical screen distance) from the subject lines which I am scanning.
One solution, which may not be the best, is to have a non-default setting to move the "Mark as read" button adjacent to the "Star conversation" button2 votes -
Proton Calendar Feedback Link Goes to Wrong Forum
The 'Request a Feature' link in the Calendar tab of Proton Mail for desktop goes to:
https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/932842-proton-calendar
Since the Calendar UserVoice forum has been merged with Mail, the link no longer works. Currently it this URL goes to the Lumo feedback forum. It should go to:
https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-proton-mail-calendar
Proton Mail (macOS Version 1.10.1 (1.10.1))
Steps to reproduce:
1. Click on calendar tab
2. Click on profile image
3. Click 'Help and Feedback'
4. Click 'Request a feature'2 votes -

Linux Window Snapping / Tiling
Feature to drag the Proton Mail application to the left/right edge of the screen to adjust the size (just like with other apps).
In the Fedora GUI, the app has this feature for the top edge (full screen), but not for the side edges (half screen size).

Go directly to the folder when using the 'M' shortcut
It's just ergonomics, but it would be nice to be able to go directly to the folder's name when using the 'M' shortcut in the mailbox. Currently, we have to type the first letters, then use the narrow button to go down to the folder's name, then select it with the space bar and click enter to perform the action. It would be better if we could just type the first letter and click Enter.

Increase the cap on address deletions for paid users and display clear UI about cap limit
There is a very strict cap on how many and how often addresses can be deleted. As a Mail Plus customer, I get 10 addresses in total - which is a solid value - but I can apparently only delete one every year (?) or so. The actual cap limit is not published - the app simply fails with an error when try to delete a second address "too soon".
I understand why deleting addresses is strictly capped: to prevent abuse, and it also appears to be a technologically somewhat expensive, plus that address is now forever unavailable to anyone.

Improvements Needed: Email Subject Line and Font Size in ProtonMail
I would like to draw the PM designers' and developers attention to the fact that the current ProtonMail app email view displays the subject line in the middle of the screen instead of on the left side. Additionally, the font size is considerably large, with the subject line and sender information taking up almost half of the screen, which looks unappealing. I request the ProtonMail team to change this by reducing the font size and aligning the subject line to the left side. I believe these changes will save significant screen space and enhance the email view. Thanks.

Is it possible to Preview Excel contacts before converting to VCF?
Yes, there are ways to preview Excel contacts before creating VCF files. Tools like ToolsBaer Excel to vCard Converter make the process easier by displaying a complete preview of all contacts before conversion, ensuring accuracy, and showing all mistakes. This helps you to verify names, phone numbers, emails, and other details before converting Excel to VCF format. The technical tool works on all Windows versions, from 11 to 7. Also, supports all Excel and vCard versions like 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0. No need to learn technical knowledge for converting an Excel file to vCard format.

Automatically load remote content through Proton VPN
For the load remote content, why not have proton mail automatically load them through Proton VPN? This would be really useful and convenient instead of having to manually enable proton vpn on the browser if viewing through mail.proton.me, or system-wide vpn/split tunneling. apple mail does this for you

Better handling for known-dangerous email sent to a compromised address
TLDR: Please give us a better option for handling email that is almost certainly dangerous, ie in my case email sent to an address that only receives dangerous email. Some suggested ideas at bottom.
I have a [service]@[myname].com email address, which I used many years ago to sign up for a service that is now defunct. It's one of many, many catch-all email addresses that I use on that custom domain.
Many years ago that email address was part of a hack/leak. I now regularly receive phishing email, or emails with surely-dangerous PDFs, to that address. No legitimate email will…
