Make proton integrate into mobile 3rd party email clients.
I know proton bridge works on desktop but it doesn't on iOS or Android. Can you make this work on Android? Or make a plugin for Thunderbird on Android?
Your mail app on Proton lacks behind in many features that other mail clients have and would require Proton to allocate significance resources to improving and maintaining your mobile app. Even the requests in this forum asks for lots of features that already exist in other mail clients like Thunderbird.
Thus, can you either develop the bridge for Android or plugin in thunderbird that will allow integration of proton mail as a mail and calendar account?
If there are security risks, then please explain and allow your users to make the decision whether or not to install your potential solution on their mobile or stick with the app. I, for one, may accept the risk.
Thanks!!

Scheduled Sieves Runs
Would be nice to have the ability to run sieves on a fixed schedule automatically, for example this is useful for sieves that cleans messages older than *** on every YYY etc

See via which inbox a mail was received when it was forwarded by an alias
Consider the following:
In Proton Mail I have two mail addresses -- 'firstname.lastname@proton.me' & 'online.shopping@proton.me'
In Proton Pass I am using a hide-my-email alias 'shop.alias123@passmail.net' which forwards mails to the latter inbox.
Currently, in Proton Mail the mail header looks like this:
From 'noreply@shop.com'
To 'shop.alias123@passmail.net'Suggested change:
From 'noreply@shop.com'
Via 'shop.alias123@passmail.net'

Pin Calendar to taskbar
The Calendar app for Windows already exists (inside Mail). Just let me pin Calendar to the taskbar so that my calendar is one click away instead of three. Even if it's just another instance of the the same Mail app, I don't care about that. My current browser of choice doesn't support installing web apps and I'm not switching just for this. Also I find it a bit of a waste not to use the desktop apps (as long as they are supported).

Encryption Icon for Emails in Android app
I would like an icon for emails in the Android app that shows whether an email is encrypted, or just stored with zero-access encryption. I can see this information in the web browser and on the desktop app. It would be nice to reflect the info on the mobile app as well.

Allow for syncing Proton Calendar with Thunderbird, which is the client I use for PM emails on my iMac.
Proton calendar currently does not have support for 3rd party apps, such as Thunderbird. I use Thunderbird with all of my PM email addresses and do not want to have another app open it is convenient from my personal and freelance work emails to be all in one place.

Spell check should NOT be a charged service but free.
The spell-check feature should be included in a paid subscription, just as it is with other email providers. I should not be prompted to pay extra for a basic tool that services like Gmail offer for free. It feels unnecessary and disappointing.
In addition, external spell-check tools such as Linguee or Grammarly no longer work in the background, which they normally do on my notebook. By disabling this simple functionality, you effectively force users to copy and paste important or lengthy emails into other apps, which is inefficient and frustrating.

[UI] Make current Email hightlighting more subtle
Currently, the indicator color for which email is open is insanely bright and takes away the focus from the actual email to the color of the indicator. In fact, the color is so bright that I'm having problems concentrating on the email and instead am constantly moving my eyes towards this indicator. This is true for all themes.
Compare this to other clients like gmail or outlook which have way more subtle highlighting on the current email.
Heres a drive link to 2 images of the mail client, where one is the current "snow" theme, and in the other I have edited the css indicator color to be the way more subtle #efe9ff.
https://drive.proton.me/urls/308RAJ72CM#N5AYEO03JEstThis may sound minor or picky, but is something actively stressing my eyes, and potentially these of other users.
(Maybe the "New Message" button could also be slightly lighter but thats less important and probably more controversial)

Display folders ontop for ease of access + splitting up additional addresses
Folders are nice and all, but almost every email provider I've tried before proton has an easier way to go between folders and view labels and the like. Being able to have a folder set up at the top of the inbox would make the fact that additional addresses are forced into the same inbox a little easier because then I could have each email as a separate folder on the top of my email inbox, and then could use sub folders and labels to force separate each email.
as it currently stands I'm highly considering deleting all my proton emails because the lack of features and everything being forced into one inbox/sent box/etc is super frustrating, and I find the interface not as accessible as prior platforms... I had hoped it'd be like other sites where they'd be sub accounts easily clicked between without needing to change accounts, but I was wrong.

Track unanswered emails
Sometimes when you send an email you really expect an answer back, but once the email goes to Sent folder, it's not visible in the inbox, and it's easy to forget.
Would be nice when sending an email, to enable/disable "answer tracking", so even after sending the email remain clearly visible in the inbox until an answer is received.

Select display address when inviting someone to calendar events
I have several addresses I use regularly——one for personal, one for business, etc. I've created a calendar event and am inviting a client as a participant, but I'd like to be able to show my business address as the invitee, not my personal Proton address, which is my account default.
I could just make my business address my account default, but I don't want to do that for 5 different reasons that I won't bother listing here.
In short, it would be great if I could choose the address to display in the calendar event invite——in this case, my business address. This could be done by either having the ability to select an 'Organizer' for individual events, or to select an 'Organizer' when invites are sent.
This feature would be great because in situations like this because A) professionalism in my communications would be maintained, and B) my client would have one email address for me (namely, my business address, which is the only one he needs) instead of two, including a personal address that he doesn't need and that I don't want him to have.
Thanks in advance!

Each alias needs a signature of its own.
Supposedly this feature was added earlier, but the link to it is nonfunctioning. The user should be able to add a different signature to each alias rather than a single signature for all. If this already exists, please show where and how.

Add more notificaiton sound choices.
I'm a bit hard of hearing, as are many; the current default incoming mail sound is too soft and nondistinct. Even running Boom 3D, it's too soft to be noticed most of the time. Allowing the user to customize sounds would be ideal.

Verification badge
Since the recent campaign using proton to impersonate recruiters or high level profiles to get information or spread malware, would be good to have a "Verified" badge.
Both a page on the website to check if an address is verified and a badge next to the email for other proton users, like the "Official" for Proton.
Although I understand proton is also used by people that want anonymity, there are also journalists and other figures (especially since the introduction of the Sentinel program) that would like a more public-facing approach.
Verification could be done without handling IDs by either verifying with other services like LinkedIn etc (via oAuth2) or by manually opening a ticket and providing valid proof of possessions

Disable collapsing of multiple events into "1 more" in week view
When displaying the week view in the Web calendar, multiple full-day events collapse. Instead of the actual events, the calendar displays "1 more", "2 more", etc. Please add an option to disable this. I want to see all my calendar items at all times, "1 more" is utterly useless to me.
It is funny that the month view does not have this behaviour, even though the available space per day is way smaller than in the week view.

Yearly View
Personally it’s easier to navigate through months with a yearly view. For example if I have a trip planned in May 2025, I need to scroll through 14 months to view the details of the event I made.

make new features for Proton
Well, I’ve been trying to figure out if my screen has any weird color issues, but all the tools I find seem sketchy or require downloads. Do you happen to know something safe and easy to use? Can you add new feature in Proton - i think it's good idea!

Lack of "Tasks" and/or "To Do" is degrading product adoption and leaving the rest of us open to alternative products.
The very basic functionality of task and to-do lists was included in the very first Personal Information Managers (PIM) from the 1990s, and was a primary motivation for the adoption of these sorts of software (and hardware) products -- motivated users were tired of a stack of paper scraps and post-it notes in their purse or wallet or written upon their forearm.
While pleased to see Proton moving to effectively compete with Google Workspace and all the related products, the absence of this very basic functionality makes for a product that cannot effectively replace the sorts of enterprise business systems you wish to compete with -- not to mention significantly hampers the existing user base, as they are compelled to utilize other software, revert to sticky notes on a monitor, or just never adopt Proton at all.
There are other requests over many years for this exact functionality. Respectively, please heed the hints coming from your user base!
