Allow for more flexible data entry for calendar event start/end time
It would be helpful if the selection fields for calendar event start times could match a wider range of text input to avoid excessive mouse clicks. At present, typing in the fields will automatically select one of the pre-set options in the list (i.e., "12:00 AM", "12:30 AM", and so on) based on an exact match of the text string. While this does allow for somewhat rapid selection in limited cases, i.e., for events starting at midnight and on the hour from 2 am to 9 am (allowing typing a single digit and then it autoselects), but then further selection must be entered precisely in the format HH:MM and then either "AM" or "PM" typed; using the up/down arrow keys is helpful but if it's an afternoon/evening event it pretty much requires the use of the mouse to be efficient. It would be preferable to allow for smarter detection of keyboard entries, for example ones omitting the colon (e.g., 800 AM), without a space (e.g., 1030 PM), based on a 24-hour clock (e.g., 2145), and so on. To clarify, this for the web-based calendar interface. Thanks for your consideration.

Proton Mail Appfor Windows: Email doesn't fit in window when using Column layout
When column layout is selected, there are 3 columns (folders, content of selected folder, and email window). Since the folder and content columns take up about half of the space and cannot be minimized, the email column is too narrow to view. Adding to this, the email font cannot be resized or scaled to fit in available space.
These features are available in every other mail app I have used; there is no reason the Proton UI cannot be at same level as competitors. Please correct this.

Move emails by Number of Days
When you create or edit a filter. Have an option to either move the last say 30 days of mail to a new folder, or even the last years worth of emails from where they are to the new location. This option could be configurable.

Keeping email addresses aligned in contact.
Add a field to contacts with a drop-down menu of Proton addresses (with default being the address last used for the specific contact). This can allow the Proton user to annotate what address are used with which contact.
Recipients can be confused if one's first email comes from xyz@proton.me and another sent to the same recipient from xyz@pm.me or another address in the Proton account9 votes -

Have an 'Unsorted' item for Folders, and 'Unlabelled' item for labels
All Mail can sometimes end up with mail itens in there that have no label or folder. There is currently no way to filter out emails that have no folder or label.
My proposal is to either have the items 'Unsorted' and 'Unlabelled' in the left bar OR in the search dialog have an item there we can click that will specifically bring up email that has no folder or label.

widget: mask sensitive events
It would be great to have a flag that marks sensitive calendar events. The practical effect would be to mask the event name in the calendar widget (iOS, Android). As an example, you might have an event of “surgery 2-5pm”; if marked as sensitive the widget would display it as “[event] 2-5pm”. As such you could still see that there is an event in the widget and you would still see the time, but you couldn’t see the name of the event name unless you went into Calendar. Events in the widget are often fairly visible to others when your phone is unlocked which is why I think this feature would be valuable.

Offload Email on Mobile
The iOS app stores all my email on my phone which takes more space than I’d like. Please add the option to offload emails beyond a given age to store only on the server but retain enough metadata in the mobile app to search the full set of emails so they can be redownloaded on demand.

Can you make the widget half the width?
Could you enable the smaller widget on iOS? I need a calendar widget but the full width one is too much for me, I’m not that popular :(

Folder and Label Organization
Folder and label organization needs to improve.
One should have the oportunity to at least sort alphabet and date added. When creating labels and folders, and when you have a lot of sub-folders it tends to get really messy and it's time consuming to try to organize this manually with drag and drop.171 votes -
