With the recent implementation of the views/newsletter section. Add a toggle to either enable or disable it. Some users may not like it, but others may like it.

Additional Options for Booking Page
Add to booking page:
- Buffer times before and after meetings to avoid back-to-back meetings
- Add maximum number of meetings per day, per week
- Allow adding more people to the appointment
- Ask booker's Time Zone. Currently the email that the person receives has in the subject the time in my time zone, which is not necessarily his/her time zone. This has already confused some of my clients and missed meetings. Even though it was correctly set in their calendar. The subject of the confirmation email has importance.6 votes -

I receive several password protected PDF as attachments to emails. Mail can’t open them for view, I need to share them to adobe reader.

I would welcome the addition of the ability to create signature templates for Proton Workspace.
- An organization user could choose a template and edit it with their own details.
- Even better — add a simple HTML editor for this (as a possible next step of the feature).
- Signature settings by an administrator are also missing. I would like to be able to search for emails that meet multiple label criteria, e.g. Taxes label + <country> label, to find all tax related email threads for a specific country.

Splitview in Proton Mail on Android tab
A split-view / 2-column layout for tablets, iPads, and foldable devices is urgently needed. The current single-column mobile view wastes too much screen space on larger displays and makes navigating through emails slow. Please add a native tablet UI!

Add a filter to hide emails that are already in the Trash
Idea:
Give users an option to exclude messages that are already in the Trash folder when they search or filter their mailbox.Why this matters:
I have about 30 000 messages, many of which I have already moved to Trash.
When I use the normal “search” or “filter by sender/recipient” function, the results still include those trashed messages.
Because the Trash folder keeps items for 30 days before permanent deletion, the unwanted messages stay visible and clutter the results.What would help:

Feature Request: Select existing Proton Meet Rooms when creating a Calendar event
Summary
When creating a new calendar event, I'd like to be able to select from my existing Proton Meet Rooms as the meeting location, rather than only being able to generate a brand-new Proton Meet link.
Current Behaviour
In Proton Calendar's event creation dialog, the only Proton Meet integration available is "Add Proton Meet conferencing", which generates a fresh, one-off meeting link for that specific event.
Meanwhile, Proton Meet offers reusable Rooms (both a personal meeting room and custom rooms you can create under "My rooms"), each with a permanent link. However, these Rooms are not…

Download attachment from the email list view
Arrow that will appear and allow to download attachment as file directly from the list without the need to open email and scroll down. Useful when for example downloading invoices from a bunch of incoming emails.

Please enable notifications on android through websocket or Sunup. Proton markets itself as a privacy consious provider. I don't think it's appropriate or acceptable to rely on Google Play Services (UnifiedPush / FCM) as the sole or mandatory method for push notifications on Android.
By forcing users to rely on Google’s infrastructure to get timely email and calendar alerts, privacy-minded users who run de-Googled devices (like GrapheneOS, CalyxOS, or LineageOS without microG) are left with a subpar experience. Allow Comments on Emails
Comments on Emails are a huge time saver.
Labels are good for general actions llike 'Do' 'Await response', 'Read' 'Decide'
Comments are good when you have numerous emails from one sender all with same header.
If one of those emails needs to be found later there are a lot to sift through.

Hide less relevant calendars from the sidebar
Over time, some calendars stop being useful or relevant. It would good to be able to archive a calendar without removing it. You just do not make all calendars visible on the sidebar rather than have a list of checked-out calendars which provide no further help to you.

difference between incoming and sent email for sieve filte
I often send emails to myself for reporting goals from within several applications. I would keep these emails only once. As these emails have identical headers it is not possible with a sieve filter to keep the received email (and move it to some folder if necessary) and delete the email that's kept in the sent item folder.
It would be of great help if there could be created an option to keep the incoming version of an email and delete the sent version of that email if " From:" and " To:" are the same using a sieve filter.

Idee: Scroll-Navigation durch die Monate in Proton Calendar
Derzeit wechselt man zwischen den Monaten nur über die Pfeiltasten (vor/zurück), sodass immer genau ein Monat angezeigt wird. Das Vor- und Zurückspringen über mehrere Monate hinweg erfordert daher wiederholtes Klicken.
Vorschlag: eine durchgehende Scroll-Funktion ergänzen. Beim Scrollen mit Mausrad oder Touchpad würde der Kalender fließend in den nächsten bzw. vorherigen Monat übergehen – vergleichbar mit dem Verhalten vieler Smartphone-Kalender. Die Pfeiltasten könnten parallel erhalten bleiben.
Nutzen: schnelleres und intuitiveres Blättern, besonders bei der Planung mehrere Monate im Voraus. Das spart Klicks und macht die Orientierung über längere Zeiträume angenehmer.6 votes -
Seamless Custom Domain Integration Between Proton Mail, Proton Pass, and SimpleLogin
Hello Proton Team,
I would like to suggest an improvement regarding the integration between Proton Mail, Proton Pass, and SimpleLogin.
Currently, if a custom domain is configured in Proton Mail, it cannot also be used for aliases in SimpleLogin. This creates an unnecessary limitation within what is presented as a unified Proton ecosystem.
As a customer using multiple Proton services, I expected my verified custom domain to be available across all Proton products without requiring separate configurations or forcing me to choose between receiving email through Proton Mail or creating aliases through SimpleLogin.

Edit calendar entry by double clicking
Hello,
I would be nice and streamlined if I could edit existing calendar entries in the web interface by double clicking on the entry. Currentrly you need to single click and then select the edit icon in the popup window.7 votes -

Integrating the Booking Pages with Stripe, Paypal etc. would be great. I use it for my small business where I meet with clients one on one, and I'd like them to be able to pay for the sessions they book with me.

Proton Calendar does not look nice on Iphones and Ipads.
Please visually enhance it. It should also should todays date on the app when looking at it on the home screen. Todays date in the calendar should look more obvious when in dark mode. Should have custom options to make the calendar look how you want it to look.
