It would be nice if The Proton Drive included A Vault ,that required an additional password For especially private material.

I could almost see a Ghost Folder feature like Cryptee has.
Where you can Ghost (hide) a folder. It's then hidden and essentially unknown to anyone. However you can unGhost it by typing the exact folder name.

I get what is being requested here, and it's a good idea, but you can already password/fingerprint lock the Android app, so this feels like a lower priority than say, porting the existing feature to the web app.

I use proton drive to hold all of my Keys(Recovery, ssh, ect) just in case I get hacked I want to put a password on my "Keys" folder. Also I feel like everyone could benefit from this.

Didn't realise what a Vault meant. I created a duplicate of this here with a bit more detail on features.

In case of a proton account breach, I would like to lock sensitive information inside my drive. Please add the ability to require a pin to download/preview/open a file.

Yes, it becomes especially useful as proton gains more customers who have different use-cases

It would be nice when making a new folder with in proton drive to have the option of password lock or have a 2FA lock. That way when you want to have a more secured folder for any reason we could double lock it for extra security and the peace of mind. So often when i am working and have the apps open and get called away that lets the app open for someone snooping or even if its shared by others and multi people are using the drive. If we could lock down a folder for just that more private business stuff it be nice.

The idea here is to insure extra privacy protection that prevents any other person-who has access to Your Trusted Computer -from accessing One's important or private materials in The Proton Drive.

I would like a feature for enabling password for folders in Proton Drive (Similar to mailbox password 2nd one or two password mode).
It would be slightly helpful to increase user security.

Fully agree. If I'm logged into my emails on my mac, it is just a click or two to then access all of the stored data on proton drive. It would be a huge improvement to require a 6 digit (or whatever) pass code to access the proton drive. Similar to how proton pass works currently.

For the past few months, I have been using the Proton Drive. It's a great resource, but I'm always active on my email and wait to log out. My concern is that I have sensitive documents in my Drive, and I would like to have the option to set passwords to folders, or when accessing DRIVE, the system will ask me for the password to edit and move or delete any document. However, the password will not be required to upload documents. This way, if someone takes control of my computer, they won't be able to access my files as quickly as it is now.
