QOL for Proton Docs: Headers and text default formatting
I think it would be neat if we can set our preferred default fonts and text sizes for every NEW headers and subsequent texts.
It's a hassle having to switch them over from Arial to the other fonts I'm more comfortable with.

Separation of pictures, docs, files and sheets via folder options
You data is encrypted on the device... so now let us decryp everything on the phone, or virtual machine or otherwise....
Point being: option per device to allow or NOT of what to even be loaded. It's not even "to be access" but "it never even shows".
This is very usefull if we want want max control, and max privacy. As in for phone? we can have our proton drive open, unlocked, and if we show someone some pictures from there, they simple can't access, not even realise, that other parts even exist.

Limit date range on photos backup
Currently the photos backup feature for proton drive appears to be "all or nothing", uploading all photos on a device at once. It would be very convenient to be able to set a date range for backup (or really, set any parameters controlling which photos get backed up).

Proton Sheets: allow relative references in data validation functions, or allow fns like INDIRECT() and ROW() in data validation context
I'm trying to find a way to create dynamic dependent dropdowns in Proton Sheets WITHOUT creating individual data validation rules per row. It could be that I simply haven't found solutions that are already possible with existing features. I'm finding that the usual solutions from other spreadsheet software don't work in Proton due to peculiarities of how data validation is handled. It seems like cell references in validation functions are always absolute, which makes it hard to set up validation that can simply be dragged down a column when the validation is dependent on a value in another column but…

Sending file downloads without having to create a link to an existing Drive folder for one-time downloads of sensitive data. Include expiration, download limits, etc.

Granular backups
we need ability to ignore files by type, name, or if they're in a specific directory that can be matched by name or some kind of regex. it is really annoying that some games have shader caches in Documents folder and it keeps backing these up- filling my trash can with a Terabyte of poo that I have to clean to recover my space.

Proton Drive App (Android,...): Search function for file names
Please add a search button in the Proton Drive file view. For example I have a document repository stored on Proton Drive with a folder "invoices" with 765 elements where I would like to be able to search for "fridge" to see how old my current fridge ist. Or search for "paint" to find out which product I exactly used to paint my home.

Include Postal/Zip code as native entry for cards - Improved Autofill
Proton Pass credit card entries should natively support and autofill a postal code/zip code field in the card schema (along with name, card number, expiration date, etc.).
Reason: many sites require a postal code entry to be included along with #, name, code, etc. to help in security/billing verification.
Benefit: more seamless credit card autofill for users without having to enter the postal code manually or hope for a second step identity autofill.

Anchor Links (Link to Headings via ToC)

Block-level sync capability (Delta-sync)
AS a designer with many local large files
I WANT only the changes made to each file to sync (not the whole file every time)
SO I CAN save time, bandwidth, processor cycles, and my sanity.GIVEN I use large binary files
WHEN I edit a file locally

I would love for users to be able to set their default font, size et al so they see all documents that way. My workflow is: write in Obsidian > Proton Docs > Obsidian.MD for publish and archive.

Sheets - Add ability to force recalculation.
Right now in Proton Sheets, the only way to force recalculation of cells which contain RAND() or NOW() is to edit an existing cell.
I'm suggesting to have a menu button somewhere that can be clicked to manually invoke the recalculation of these cells.

proton docs named versions
It would be nice to be able to name specific version of a proton doc to be able to identify "checkpoints" in the drafting of a document. Right now, all versions are equal and more or less automatically generated, but it would be nice to have more agency in creating and naming versions.

I really appreciate the ability to change the properties of different heading styles in Docs, the way google docs does it is just fine, the "update to fit selection."

Image Compression/Reduction Option - Outgoing Email
Today, if you send a file via outlook to another email that includes including an image - it offers the ability to reduce the image size, making the intake more tolerable to the receiver of the email.
Can you please look into an integration of image reduction/compression into outgoing email?
Example: When you are asked to add an image as inline or attachment.. below those options would be an option: "Do you want to compress your image?" (Or something along those lines)

Some feature for app
I hope these features will be available on iOS and Android.
It should be possible to share files from anywhere on the phone with the app so that they can be uploaded, such as photos or other types of files.
There should be a video player within the app that supports video quality control, as well as an audio player.
It should be possible to upload selected photos without having to obtain permission to access all photos.
Alternative connection options should be provided in the app to solve the problem of apps being blocked in some countries, such as Proton…

Allow users to manually reorder photo albums
Please add the option to manually reorder photo albums in Proton Drive.
At the moment, albums appear in a fixed order, but users should be able to arrange them freely by dragging and dropping them. This would make it easier to organize the album gallery according to personal preferences, projects, dates or themes.
It would also be helpful if the custom order were preserved across devices.

Choose what computer backup to show in Proton Drive folder
Would be nice to have an option to exclude backups from showing in the Proton Drive folder on other PCs. Currently I have a couple of backed up folders that goes through a lot of constant changes which makes Proton Drive on other computers take forever to mirror these changes even if it's not technically downloading anything.
