Add our own cat as a companion to lumo
For lumo +, we can add a companion to lumo. Our cats for instance. Then both can act as what lumo does. Free lumo can do this but for an additional charge per month.

Implement Screen Reader Accessibility Improvements in the Lumo Web and iOS Apps
As a Lumo user who relies on screen reader technology to access my iPhone, I have several suggestions that would make the Lumo app significantly easier for low vision folks to use. Because it seems the web version of Lumo behaves pretty similarly to the iOS app, I'll focus on the iOS app but do consider these same suggestions for the web app, as well.
Make prompts and responses into single focusable blocks
For an example of this, turn on the VoiceOver screen reader in iOS and observe how it behaves in the Facebook iOS app news feed. Although a…

The Whole Cutesy Cat Thing Is Annoying
The whole cute cat thing is annoying and childish. I strongly dislike the "purring the engines to life" and "chasing digital mice" types of loading messages every time I open the app. It's not funny or cute - it's just obnoxious. Frankly I am not a cat person and don't find any of this theming to be entertaining. The suggestion here is really to not impose your idea of Lumo's personality on the user but rather let us use the custom instructions and our own prompts to guide what kind of personality we want from the tool.

Make Lumo Less Dumb
As a paid Lumo subscriber, there's no kind way of putting this -- Lumo feels really dumb compared to any of the other mainstream LMMs. It struggles to follow and keep up with conversations once they exceed a handful of back-and-forth exchanges, it frequently hallucinates and confabulates, it gets easily confused to the point where I'm having to help it rather than it helping me, and it just generally feels like conversing with a well-meaning but addled, confused elderly person. As such, I use it sparingly to brainstorm ideas or just have quick chats but cannot rely on it for…

Shared calendars to be able to be set as default for both members of a duo subscription
Shared calendars to be able to be set as default for both members of a duo subscription.
I would like to be able to share a calendar with my duo member, and have this shared calendar a default for both. This would allow the color-coding system to be visible by both members of the duo subscription. This function is not available for the person who didn’t create the shared calendar

Lumo integration in meet for meeting summaries & transcriptions
It would be great if the upcoming meet app would have an option to summarize and transcript meetings.
Making this possible with a trustful AI like Lumo would be amazing (and I think no one else has a meeting transcription feature with a trustful AI)18 votes -
Lumo automatic chart resizing
In a Lumo conversations, charts right columns don't always allow users to read everything in the rectangle.
Often, users have to scroll right to see all the text and data it contains.
It can cause some friction when using a regular mouse and an external keyboard without a trackpad. If would be nice if Lumo could resize the content so everything reads in a chart without having to scroll right.

Add a mid-price tier to Lumo
Currently I can only get two flavours of Lumo: I can either use the free version and be (very) limited in using it, or pay the full price for all features. I'm not interested in using the most advanced llm and do not want to use it every day, so I'm not willing to pay €10 a month. At the same time, I'm willing to pay more then I pay now.

Add support for multi-event calendar files
My local utility provider publishes .ICS files with events like garbage containers being emptied:
https://portal-api.kredslob.dk/api/calendar/icsfeed/07513454__29_______/18340I would like to import that into the Proton Calendar, but I am getting a message that multi-event ICS files are not supported. Would you be able to implement this feature?

Lumo animated stickers pack
Hi,
One of my favorite sticker pack for iMessage (available for other platforms too) is Milk & Mocha bears.
Now Proton you have just a very cute cat and you did already put a lot of effort in the design and animation.
I would gladly use Lumo stickers if you can deliver something as nice :-)
It will also make a good advertising for the product itself: Lumo. Thanks for reading / voting.
Cheers

Setting for switching between 'enter to ask' and clicking to ask.
Japanese (and perhaps other languages) requires the enter button to convert text into characters, which ends up asking Lumo before the sentence is fully written. This is frustrating as theres no other way to ask Lumo without typing the sentence somewhere else first, then copying. A feature to turn off 'enter to ask' would be appreciated.

Enhance Lumo with Dedicated First-Level Support Training & Automatic Knowledge Updates
Perhaps it's a generally silly idea, but I often try Lumo as the first point of contact for support regarding Proton products. While the AI assistant delivers good to excellent results in many areas of knowledge, it surprisingly seems to be weak in this area, and I have already had to contend with some misinformation. Therefore, I propose extending Lumo’s capabilities to serve as a reliable, up-to-date first-line support agent. The core idea is to provide Lumo with a focused training set, encompassing, among other things, Proton-specific FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and policy documents, combined with an automated pipeline that feeds…

Allow Lumo’s cat image to exist as an electronic pet that people can raise and interact with.
I love Lumo’s cat and want to have one to keep me company.

Pincode to open Lumo
It would be nice if the user is prompted to insert a pin code when opening the app, just like on Proton Pass.

Geolocation for the location field
It would be so nice for the location field in the calendar to search for and populate a location (e.g. I type in the name of a store & city name, and then it gives me a few options to select, at which point it then replaces what I've typed for search with an address)

one click scroll down to most recent messages (mobile and desktop)
Currently you cannot easily scroll to the most recent answer in a conversation, it's particularly difficult on mobile. The app opens a conversation at the top, on the first query posted to Lumo. You can click the down arrow icon which scrolls partially but not to the bottom necessarily. So for very long conversations it often requires a lot of clicking or dragging of the scroll bar to get to the most recent message in conversation.
Even if you enter a new query it doesn't automatically view the most recent answer (there's a separate User Voice idea for that). Instead…

Unlimited Calendar Sync Size
I was hoping to switch to Proton calendar as my "source of truth" across the 2 Google and 2 Office 365 calendars I have to juggle on a daily basis. I am however unable to use it because of the "Calendar Too big" sync limitation.
Even the hack-fix of manually adding "start-min=2025-11-01T00:00:00Z" to the target calendar URL does not work. In fact the form field to paste the URL in is too short in number of characters to accept the full string like this:
This is silly and a little ( a lot actually!) embarrassing.
I am sure Proton…
