5. Selecting multiple tasks pressing ctrl/cmd and moving them at once

   Sometimes I have a cluster of tasks planned in a day and I move them one by one to another tim. Instead I would love to be able to press and hold CTRL while I click on these and then move them all at once keeping their relative position to each other in bulk.

6. Personalization bug in Lumo

   Thank you so much for adding personalization into Lumo! This was the main reason for me to not use it until now. Meanwhile, the personalization only applies to the first response. All next one doesn't include it, and same when regenerating.

   Feature Request: Implement TEE-Based Confidential Computing for Lumo Inference
   Summary

   Lumo's current security model does not protect user prompts during inference — the window when plaintext is most exposed and most exploitable. This is not a theoretical concern; it is a documented architectural gap with a proven, production-ready solution that a direct competitor is already shipping.
   The Problem

   Lumo's security model blog post dismisses inference-time privacy by framing the only alternative as homomorphic encryption (HE), correctly noting it is impractically slow. However, this framing is a false dichotomy.

   As Proton's own documentation acknowledges:

   "prompts are asymmetrically encrypted so only the Lumo GPU servers are able to decrypt them"
   

   This means:

   Proton-controlled GPU servers decrypt and process user prompts in plaintext
   During this window, the data is accessible to anyone with server access — including Proton staff, infrastructure providers, or authorities serving a lawful order
   The privacy guarantee during inference is based entirely on policy and trust, not cryptographic enforcement
   

   This is the same "we promise not to look" model that has repeatedly failed users across the tech industry when legal pressure is applied.
   The Solution: Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs)

   Confer — built by Moxie Marlinspike (creator of Signal) — has demonstrated that TEE-based confidential computing for LLM inference is practical and production-ready today, without the performance penalties of homomorphic encryption.

   Confer's approach, documented publicly at https://confer.to/blog/2026/01/private-inference/:

   Confidential VMs: Inference runs inside a hardware-enforced enclave using AMD SEV-SNP or Intel TDX. The host OS, data center operator, and even Confer's own developers cannot access the TEE's memory or execution state.
   Noise Pipes: User prompts are encrypted end-to-end from the client device directly into the TEE. Plaintext never exists outside the enclave.
   Remote Attestation: Users can cryptographically verify that the correct, unmodified code is running inside the enclave — making it independently auditable, not just trust-based.
   

   This runs at normal inference speeds with no meaningful latency penalty — directly contradicting the implication in Lumo's security model post that practical inference-time privacy is not achievable.
   Why This Matters

   Lumo's current model is vulnerable in scenarios Proton cannot control:

   A government serves a lawful intercept order during an active inference session
   A data centre provider (even in Europe) is compelled to provide access to running server memory
   An insider threat at Proton with GPU server access
   A future change in Swiss or EU law expanding surveillance obligations
   

   GDPR jurisdiction and no-logs policies do not protect against real-time access to plaintext during inference. Only hardware-enforced isolation does.
   Requested Changes

   Migrate Lumo inference to run inside Confidential VMs (AMD SEV-SNP / Intel TDX) so that the host and operator never have access to plaintext prompts or responses.
   Implement remote attestation so users and independent auditors can verify cryptographically what code is running on Lumo's servers — consistent with Proton's open-source transparency commitments.
   Update the security model documentation to accurately reflect the current limitations during inference, rather than implying the problem is unsolvable.

   Notes

   This is not a criticism of Lumo's encryption at rest or no-logs policy, both of which are meaningful. This is specifically about the inference-time gap, which is the highest-risk window and the one most likely to be exploited by legal compulsion. Proton has the engineering capability and the stated mission to close this gap. Confer has shown it is technically achievable. The question is whether it is a priority.

8. Keyboard shortcuts for Proton Calendar

   Would love to see functionality (like with Google Calendar), where pressing "m" on your keyboard allows you to toggle to a monthly main calendar view, "w" shows a weekly view, and "d" shows a daily view. It's a small thing, but I use it often with Google and it makes using Proton Calendar feel more friction-filled. Thanks!

    Observation: Following the recent UI update (April 2026), I noticed that Lumo briefly displays a numbered list of internal reasoning steps (e.g., "User is asking X, analyzing data Y") before posting the final response. While this currently disappears quickly, it offers a unique glimpse into the AI's logic.

    Insight: Rather than viewing this as a transient artifact, I believe this "reasoning trace" could be a highly desirable feature if made persistent and user-controlled.

    Enhanced Trust & Verification: Seeing the logic chain allows users to verify how a conclusion was reached, not just what the conclusion is. This is particularly useful for complex queries, fact-checking, or academic work.
    Improved Communication: Even though Lumo often grasps nuance quickly, having the reasoning visible can help users refine their prompts in real-time. If I see Lumo is misinterpreting a premise in the "thought" phase, I can correct it before the final answer is generated.
    Educational Value: For users learning about AI or critical thinking, observing the step-by-step breakdown is a powerful learning tool.
    

    Recommendation: I propose adding a "Show Reasoning" toggle in the settings or a button next to the input field.

    Option A (Toggle): A permanent setting to keep the reasoning steps visible alongside the final answer (perhaps in a collapsible sidebar or indented block).
    Option B (On-Demand): A "Reveal Logic" button that, when clicked after a response, expands the hidden reasoning steps used to generate that specific answer.
    Option C (Hybrid): Keep the current brief flash for casual users, but allow power users to "pin" the reasoning view for the duration of a session.
    

    Conclusion: This feature aligns perfectly with Proton's ethos of transparency and user control. By giving users the option to see the "engine room" of the AI, we can foster deeper trust and more effective collaboration. It transforms Lumo from a simple answer engine into a transparent thinking partner.

11. Poll a list of RSS feeds on a schedule

    I'm tired of traditional RSS apps. They need to evolve.

    Add an RSS polling feature to Lumo to schedule regular cadences of getting new articles from a list of RSS feeds. And I should be notified when the articles are available.

    I would use this with a prompt that would sift through the list of articles for me and only surface the ones I'd be most interested in.

12. App Design and Usability

    The Lumo app has some design inconsistencies. When you tap any button, a blue border appears, similar to older versions of Android. Please update the app to make it run more smoothly; to me, it seems slow and unpolished too (in terms of both design and usability).

13. jump to prompts in long chats

    I love bouncing ideas with Lumo Ai and seeing how resourceful it can be in realistic or emotional scenarios. In lieu of this, the chats can get really long and it would be nice to be able to jump between prompts instead of having to scroll all the way up. I noticed that DpSk has that feature and it would be very helpful.

16. Show time zone names (or custom labels) in the calendar view, not just GMT offsets

    When two time zones are enabled, both columns are only labeled with their GMT offset. Example: Europe/Vienna and Africa/Johannesburg both display as "GMT+2" during European summer time — completely indistinguishable. In winter the offset differs by one hour, but "GMT+1 / GMT+2" still doesn't tell you which column belongs to which zone.

    Please show one of the following next to (or instead of) the offset:

    The IANA city name (e.g. Vienna, Johannesburg), or
    A user-defined label per zone, or
    The standard abbreviation (CET/CEST, SAST).

17. Calendar Booking buffers

    Calendar Booking. I just found this feature on Proton and LOVE it I've been trying to use 3rd party booking tools. The enhancement it needs is to be able to set buffers before/after events on the calendar so they are not back to back. Other booking tools have this feature and found it very helpful.
