  1. Accept payments in SEK (Swedish Crown).

    I would like you to be able to accept more currencies for the payments. Swedish crowns (SEK) would be better for me for having the exact monthly amount every month. I am sure other countries with different currencies would appreciate that too for the same reason.

  2. Freezing an account after payment is used up or after initiating a freeze by the account owner

    Please freeze an account for e.g. two years after a the payment is used up. In case of the death of the owner, family members (who had been authorized by the owner during her or his lifetime) should have enough time to take over the account.

    Generally, there should be a process to allow authorized people to take over accounts of users who are not able to control their account anymore.

    This also could be a feature e.g. for journalists who lose control over their accounts. The freezing also could be triggered by a "password" defined by the account owner…

  8. Allow paying a fixed amount of money to prevent account deletion

    I noticed that ProtonMail now has an inactive accounts policy. I have several accounts and I do not want to have any of them be deleted. I also cannot afford to pay for monthly subscriptions for each of them, and would not use any of the paid features.

    Instead, can we just have like a one-time payment to prevent the account from deleted? I would happily pay $1, $2, or even $5 one-time if I can ensure that ProtonMail will never automatically delete my account. If not, I will have to set myself a reminder to log in every few…

  9. Monthly payments for yearly plans

    Spending close to €200 for a 2 year unlimited plan in one payment right now is difficult for many people, and I believe you would get much more uptake if you allowed purchase using a monthly installment method.

    I, for one, was about to buy your Proton Unlimited package until I discovered that I'd have to spend almost €200 in one go to get it.

    Offering a monthly payment subscription option is a sound business model in these times of financial strain, so please can I ask that you at least consider the idea?

  11. Add message to add Network fees while making Crypto payments

    Since we are all new to Crypto payments , as a normal user we tend to make payments as displayed on screen. Proton could add an additional message saying to add network fees in addition to the amount displayed on screen. Also you can add Network address used for Crypto transaction, otherwise some may lose their transfers by making use of wrong network address

    Le format actuel des factures, n'est pas acceptable par les logiciels de comptabilité de l'union européenne (et probablement hors aussi). Ne mentionnant même pas la Taxe suisse en vigueur.

    Supporter un nouveau format de factures, valide dans l'union européenne ou au niveau mondial. Avec affichage de la Taxe appliquée et prise en charge du VAT Number.

    Accept Nano as a payment option. Bitcoin transactions fees are now too much, and it may take up to a few hours for a transaction to be confirmed. Unlike BTC there are NO fees for Rai, and transactions are nearly instant!
