Add the block sender selection to the Android app. I see the option to block sender within the desktop application, not the Android app.

Focus next email after deleting a mail
When wanting to delete multiple email, currently the quickest way is to check them in succession and hit delete.
When accidentally clicking somewhere, all currently checked emails are cleared (which is super annoying). It would be more convenient if the next email would get focused after having deleted one (as in Mac's) mail. This allows to read the current mail again and, if necessary, skip it from deletion.

Future Trends in Pick, Pack, and Ship: Automation, Robotics, and AI
Pick, pack, and ship are no longer just warehouse tasks. It has become the core of modern business operations.
In the past, workers walked through aisles, picked items by hand, packed boxes, and shipped them out. It worked, but it was slow and often had errors.
Today, things are changing fast. Businesses now want speed, accuracy, and better control. This is where automation, robotics, and AI are making a big difference in pick, pack and ship.

Acquire the IP of BlackBerry and Manufacture Secure Phones
BlackBerry phones are making a comeback as more people seek the simplicity of a "dumb phone" that respects user privacy and offers secure, end-to-end encrypted communication.
If Proton AG acquired BlackBerry's intellectual property and resumed manufacturing the classic models that users love—with modern hardware upgrades and Proton's privacy-focused software—it would attract a large audience. Even more impactful would be if Proton developed its own privacy-first mobile operating system to challenge the Apple-Google duopoly, giving people worldwide a genuine alternative to the two tech giants that currently dominate the global smartphone market.
There is a clear surge in demand for "dumb…

Please update the Mac desktop app to allow multiple windows
I use ProtonMail's app on my Mac laptop everyday. However, I'm frustrated by the inability to see email and the calendar at the same time. I resort to logging in via a browser and accessing the calendar there instead. That's a pain, though. How about some way to look at both of these from the app at the same time?

Proton: Are you taking part in Anthropic's Project Glasswing Initiative?
https://www.anthropic.com/glasswing
Today we’re announcing Project Glasswing1, a new initiative that brings together Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Apple, Broadcom, Cisco, CrowdStrike, Google, JPMorganChase, the Linux Foundation, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Palo Alto Networks in an effort to secure the world’s most critical software.
We formed Project Glasswing because of capabilities we’ve observed in a new frontier model trained by Anthropic that we believe could reshape cybersecurity. Claude Mythos2 Preview is a general-purpose, unreleased frontier model that reveals a stark fact: AI models have reached a level of coding capability where they can surpass all but the most skilled humans at finding and…2 votes -
Mail: Multiple Select All Glitches
The bulk select all checkbox in Proton Mail seems to apply only to the current page. So hundreds of emails on pages 2 and beyond are failing to apply the requested action (e.g. mark as read).
In fact, the the Mark as Read / Mark as Unread toggle doesn't even present a consistent action from page to page of the results. You have to remember not to accidentally mark some results as unread, as you traverse each individual page.

Offline mode not working if connection is blocked
In some countries all or most Proton services are blocked. If you travel there and need to access your proton pass client or browser extension, it's not working and as Proton VPN or other VPNs are blocked too there is no way to use the tool even if the offline setting of the password manager is activated. The only way is to really turn off the wifi on the laptop and then the password manager detects that you're offline and let you access to the desktop client or the browser extension.
An expected behavior would be more than after trying…

More domain names and apps for docs and sheets
Will you ever expand to other domain names (e.g. proton.be specifically) because the email I want is not available for either proton.me or protonmail.com.
Also having desktop apps for docs and sheets would be great, i like editing on desktop apps rather than my browser.

Having a " Family Email" address than can redirect to each family member
In order for multiple family members to all have access to utility bills, local tax requests, and the like related to managing a residence, it would be ideal to:
- have a " residence@proton.me" email address used with all service providers and government entities
- have that redirect to member 1, 2, 3 etc...This would reproduce the goold old residence mailbox we lost with digital billing. It would avoid risking losing access to critical bills and residence management info if something happens to the sole member whose email address is used.

Secure native integration of Proton services together and with external services (granular consent & scoped tokens)
Many privacy‑focused users including myself run several Proton services alongside automation platforms such as Make and Home Assistant. Because Proton does not yet expose a secure, granular API, we have to resort to work‑arounds:
Forward selected Proton Mail messages to a Gmail account.
Let Make read that Gmail inbox, filter the messages, and then push the extracted data into Google Calendar or other third‑party services. As a result, Google (or any other intermediary) ends up with full visibility of the forwarded emails, and Make gains access to the entire mailbox, not just the specific messages we intended to share.
These steps defeat the…9 votes -
Zapier integration for Mail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, and Docs
I’ve been using Proton for a while now because I really care about privacy, but it’s frustrating that there’s no direct Zapier integration for Mail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets, or Docs. Adding native support would let me set up simple automated workflows without having to do everything manually or use workarounds that feel clunky. It’d make Proton way more useful for daily productivity while still keeping everything secure.

Add more info about Meet service characteristics
The info on the website is incomplete.
Important to me is what do you do with your audio process?
Most conference services will "improve" the audio by having auto-gain, reducing feedback (by cutting one of the audio sources!) or some other kind of processing. For users which want to talk this can be Ok or even good, but for music classes this is terrible. What kind of audio process do you do? how much is the time delay (latency) from one end to the other?
I think this is important for music classes at distance and it should be published.2 votes -
Allow SMS Backup & Restore app to back up to Proton Drive
A lot of people in the GrapheneOS community use an app called SMS Backup & Restore. It allows backups to automatically sync to Google Drive. When I asked the app team if they would support backing up to Proton Drive, they said they would love to but the Proton team has to allow it first. I'm unsure of the technical details, but is there any way this could happen?

[Meet] Meeting Agenda with Timed Sections, Prep Links, and Presenter Visibility
Add a built-in agenda system for Proton Meet that lets hosts define structured meeting sections before the call.
Each agenda item should support:
- title + expected duration
- attached links/documents
- visibility controls: visible to all participants or presenter-only
- assigned presenter/owner
- optional notes for preparationThis would provide clear meeting guidance, help participants prepare in advance, and improve facilitation by turning the agenda into a live structure for the call itself.
