Linux supported equally
Linux is very popular among privacy concerned users, who make up a large chunk of Proton's userbase. However, Proton fails to provide any solid Linux apps and frequently leaves them unmaintained or released years after the initial product launch. Excerpt from get.new: .new is a domain extension exclusively for performing new actions online: any act that leads to creation can have a quick and memorable new shortcut associated with it. Help your customers take action faster. Less time clicking means more time creating.
It would be extremely convenient to use proton.new for creating things in Proton. Everything I can think of:

[Proton Meet] Dedicated Proton Meet Category on the UserVoice Platform
It would be very helpful to have a dedicated category for Proton Meet on the service/feedback platform, even while it is still in closed beta.
At the moment, Proton Meet feature requests have to be posted in the general category, which makes them harder to find, track, and discuss. A separate category would improve visibility, feedback quality, and organization for both users and the Proton team.

Allow users to create an optional login alias that is not an email address and is used only for authentication.
Example:

Multiple dates in contacts
At the moment you can only at one date (e.g. birthday) to a contact. I would like to be able to add multiple dates to a contact. For instance anniversaries, d.o.b's, etc...

I hope you are having a blessed day. Recently ran into a conversion issue for heic. I know a lot of customers use iphone's and based on the transfer of pictures it would be amazing if you added support to preview heic within your own amazing email product. Dark theme for loading and login pages
Liked so far the overall dark theme but I think it still miss some features, i.e. the login page and the loading page flash a white&bright page, so it's kinda annoying the switch between light and dark page.
The idea is that if the login/loading pages detect that you are using dark theme on the browser or in the OS, then there is no such a light pages.

A secure, private markdown notes app would:

* Extend Proton’s privacy ecosystem
* Expand customer's digital workflows
* Leverage existing encryption technology
* Clearly meet user demand (well, at least mine)

Copy Google Workspace
Simply copy all functionalities from Google Workspace while preserving privacy. The way their tools work smoothly and are interconnected is inspiring. Companies need a fully integrated ecosystem, and GWS achieves this perfectly. If you want to be their competitor, just adopt those functionalities.

An idea for an advanced Proton Drive ecosystem
Do you think this would already be a good new beginning? Since the ProtonMail and Proton Calendar apps are being recreated, Proton Drive should probably be next.
Proton Drive:
Obviously it should be a File Manager solely for data backup and restore, an advanced service.
Download and upload folders, automatically with synchronization or manually.
Have the various one-way synchronization options available, which are essential for backing up or restoring folders.
Be an advanced File Manager, both offline and online.
Manage and monitor the "special folders" of other services that are in Drive.

Consider using Obtanium to support GrapheneOS and other Android derivatives for the distribution of Android Apps.
I am a privacy focused Proton customer and I have recently switched to GrapheneOS. Obtanium is a small Android App that helps to track app updates across the web; ao. directly from Github. Please consider a rebranded Proton version of Obtanium, or some other affiliation. The payoff is twofold:
- As a Proton user I can install Android apps directly and track updates. Both good things.

Proton Unlimited Not Unlimited
I have been paying for Proton Unlimited for many years. In the beginning, it was presented as the way to benefit from all Proton features. For some time now, every new feature tells me how I can pay extra for a 'plus' version of something.
