  1. HIPAA compliance certification

Many doctors would like a way to communicate securely with their patients. Doctors don't know how to evaluate products such as ProtonMail - they rely on certifications from 3rd-party agencies that the product meets HIPAA requirements.

  2. Implement SQRL

Please implement Steve Gibson's SQRL protocol for authentication to ProtonMail. This would vastly increase the security and convenience of authenticating and would remove the need for passwords. SQRL is set to revolutionise online authentication so you should jump on board early and reap the benefits.

  3. CRM and related integrations

Erring toward the SMB tier, integrate with CRM vendors that have come up per Gmail integration. Examples being Streak, Contactually etc. ... Smaller, nimbler freemium vendors working to take turf from Salesforce et al. Then, perhaps rinse and repeat with other, more automation oriented platforms. Integrations are key to winning over privacy conscious business users.

  4. Proton Chat - Messaging app

Let's make it in some math style:

    ProtonMail : Gmail = ProtonChat : Hangouts

    :)

Secure private chat same principle of secure email, but applied to chats.
