Add IPv6 support and AAAA DNS records
By all means continue supporting the legacy standard (IPv4) but please also support the current standard! This seems to be missing from every Proton service?

More Proton themes and custom themes!
I feel the Proton services' look and feel quite limiting: only a few themes are available.
It would be great to either have a lot more themes to choose from, they could come directly from Proton as "official themes" or even from users, empowering end users to choose from a very rich set of themes!

Collaborative Whiteboard Application
A whiteboard application like openboard.ch would be a great addition to Proton. I currently have several disparate projects in which we are using whiteboarding within the teams but one of the primary drawbacks is that, openboard is a local application only - they provide no collaboration services (eg, team shares one whiteboard collectively as we work) there's one owner for the board and only one can interact with the board at once. logout from ALL devices
Currently, proton (free accounts) do not see "logout from ALL devices" option and this leaves a residue session in some cases and leaves vulnerable. Preparing to provide an option as "logout from ALL devices" and make sure this option terminates all sessions associated with that account.
Also when someone already logged in and trying to submit a suggestion it should not ask e-mail and password since I think it is redundant.

Finance manager
Is there data more sensitive than finance data? I'd really like to have a Proton Finance app like KMymoney, Skrooge, etc. which can be accessed from web UI, mobile or desktop app.
There are very few alternatives that provide multi-platform support and one needs to trust their privacy and security, which are your best characteristics.14 votes -
Custom color for calendar, events and mail themes
I recently switched from Google to PM, but I have to admit that the graphic style of PM is a bit of a disappointment, with this bright purple and very limited palette. Some like it, others don't. I liked Google's a lot, tbh. It would be nice to have the possibility to customize the themes of the mail (send button, accent colors, and stuff like this) or at least pick custom colors for mail labels, events etc. so that each user can make the experience more appealing.

Single Linux yum repo for all Proton apps
Right now the Proton VPN can be installed from a Linux yum repo. For example: https://repo.protonvpn.com/fedora-42-stable/
This is great, because to update it, all I have to do is run "sudo dnf update", and if there is a new version of Proton VPN available, it gets updated.However, all the other Proton Linux apps (Pass, Authenticator, and the Mail beta) get installed by individual rpm downloads. Which means, if I want to update them, I have to download each rpm individually and re-install it to get the upgrade.
There should be one single yum repo for ALL proton apps, so…

Proton Unlimited Not Unlimited
I have been paying for Proton Unlimited for many years. In the beginning, it was presented as the way to benefit from all Proton features. For some time now, every new feature tells me how I can pay extra for a 'plus' version of something. Allow defaulting from address to the address that received the email when replying
I am using Cloudflare for managing and forwarding some email addresses.
When I am replying to the emails, currently ProtonMail defaults to my @proton.me address, although the addresses are properly configured in ProtonMail.
I would like have an option to default the from address of my reply to the to address of the email I am replying to, so I don't need to manually change it. Sometimes I forget to change the address, causing confusion on the recipient.

It would be a great way to promote the Proton app ecosystem, while also promoting Fairphone. Ensuring that your apps run well on /e/OS would mean that Proton provides support for most deGoogled versions of Android.

Ein mobiler Proton Messenger wäre m. E. eine gute Alternative zu anderen mobilen Messengern wie WhatsApp, Signal oder Signal, die offensichtlich mehr oder weniger Daten sammeln und so auch an Daten von Kontakten gelangen können. In welchem Umfang ist nicht wirklich klar.

Notes/Descriptions for "My Addresses" aliases
Similar to how SimpleLogin allows you to add notes for each alias (under an alias's "Alias Description") so you can remember which aliases exist for which purpose, it would be helpful to have this feature as an option in the "My Addresses" section for ProtonMail as well. The more e-mail ProtonMail addresses one has, the more useful this would be!

Provide a roadmap and show status of popular suggestions
Is there a roadmap for what's on the horizon for Proton product offerings and features to existing products? My general impression is (and it may be wrong) that Proton is not responsive to user suggestions in a timely fashion and hence the same suggestions get suggested for years with no insight provided as to the status of those. E.g., if a To Do app is known to not be offered by Proton in the next year, just say so and then users can stop wishing for that and move on.
