Unionize and demand the CEO and CTO resign immediately
The employees who have worked so hard to build this solid and reliable platform with their own skill do not deserve this abusive treatment. If leadership does not change, then expect a mass exodus of customers.

I don't think that the CEO and CTO need to resign. The employees need to take action, and the blunders of the Proton management opened a window for them to found strong works councils. If the Proton employees fail to do that, don't blame Andy Yen. He might even stay at the helm if there is a sufficiently countervailing power on the side of the employees.
Unionizing is not necessary for having works councils, but if the Proton management does not support the implementation of works councils at all their sites or if they intimidate employees who work on founding works councils, unions (listed in https://molecule.build/) might help.
