Mail: Bad dark mode UX for email signatures
Proton Mail corrupts my own signature when composing emails in dark mode. For no good reason, signatures draft as light mode blocks, in an otherwise entirely dark mode platform.

Proton Sheets - does not support array-like indexing, example it does not have a way to dynamic skip rows automatically.
the formula for this is :
=SUMPRODUCT(CHOOSE(MOD(SEQUENCE(COUNTA(D10:D19))-1,2)+1, 4, 1), D10:D19)
to multiply odd elements by 4 before sum the product
=SUMPRODUCT(IF(ISODD(SEQUENCE(ROWS(D10:D19))), 4, 1), D10:D19)
or sum the product of two arrays but IF is not expanded to a array

Real contact groups for the Family Plan
We have migrated with our family from Google Workspace to Proton and expected to have the contact group feature in the family plan like described in https://proton.me/support/groups.
So like we used to do with Google Groups where we could add family members to a group and assign one or more e-mail addresses to this group so everybody in this group recieves a copy and can send on behalf of this group address. For instance myfamily@mydomain.com.
Both https://proton.me/support/groups and https://protonmail.uservoice.com/forums/284483-proton-mail-calendar/suggestions/7695942-contact-groups mention this. The group feature in the Proton Family Plan is very limited right now so please add this…5 votes -
return to inbox button after you empty the trash folder
is there a chance that when you empty the trash folder and you want to go back to the inbox folder can a back to inbox folder button be put in the trash folder after the trash folder is empty instead of having to go back to the inbox.

The Proton VPN apps are very comprehensive, but the browser extensions aren’t—we need NetShield.
Proton has formed an incredible partnership with the Vivaldi browser, and we need to explore this partnership further so we can work together to build a browser-based VPN with the highest possible level of privacy that’s accessible to everyone.
I’ve been using VPNs for over 10 years and have been with Proton for a short time; the focus on privacy is impeccable. I would humbly suggest RAM-based servers.
We need dedicated IPs that bypass or reduce annoying CAPTCHAs; this should also improve streaming.

I just had to re-install my Windows 11 Professional system because of OneDrive corruption ( spent 4 days trying to save this thing and finally just backed up what I could to an external USB drive and blasted this with a clean install ) and now trying to get all my Proton applications re-installed on this desktop. ( Avoid OneDrive, especially when it MOVES things instead of just a backup and sync... without notifying the users. No network ( for ANY REASON ), no files !

Proton Drive custom page view/order.
Example: when on Proton Drive first page, with all my folders, I use alphabetical order a-z. Then when I open a folder, in many situations I have a long list of documents, but I'm looking for the newest or oldest one, so I change the page view/order accordingly. However, then when I return to the first page all the folders have changed also to oldest or newest - and are not listed alphabetically anymore...Would it be possible to keep the view per page or folder, so that it doesn't always have to be changed…

Parent Folder displays also all Sub Folders content
Today when I select a parent folder I expect to see all the emails that are sorted into any of its sub folders, but it's not displaying those emails. I only see any emails sorted into that specific parent folder.

I’m using ProtonVPN free and facing serious problems while connecting:
Because nearby servers (e.g., Netherlands, Poland, Romania) are often full, I’m frequently routed to very distant servers like Singapore or Japan, which causes high latency.
While connected, sometimes the server suddenly reaches capacity or, due to my modem’s same-SSID issue (2.4 GHz / 5 GHz switching), the connection drops and I’m forced onto another server. This makes online games disconnect instantly.
When I try to switch servers multiple times, the client enforces a long cooldown, which forces me to wait unnecessarily.

Regional price for the Student Discount
It would be great if Proton added regional pricing to the student discount. By adjusting the cost based on the local cost of living, the plan would become much more affordable for students in different countries.
In Brazil, for example, paying R$319 for an annual Unlimited plan is quite expensive for most students.5 votes -
Different font sizes and other appearance settings for each app
I need a different font size in Calendar and Mail since they are a completely different experience and use wildly different real estate on the screen for their elements.

Overhauled UI & Settings Across Apps
I've noticed across the apps on both desktop and Android that theres no consistent UI and Setting Changes.

Mail Plus Duo/Family
I want to use proton for our family of 2, but we do not need all the features of the Duo plan -- we just want Mail and Calendar. It would be great if we had sort of a "Mail Plus Duo", "Mail Plus 2-Pack", or "Proton Duo Lite" plan at 5-6$/month for two people, as opposed to 8$/month for two separate Mail Plus subscriptions. The idea can be extended for more members.
No other plan as of the time of writing fits our need at an attractive price point.

Resolve the glitches in editing a table within a Proton Doc while on a mobile device.
We are a small co-operative team trying to collaborate. We are using mobile devices, and we can't easily edit tables because:
- Selecting the column is a bunch of trial and error
- Sometimes we start entering information in, and then it stops allowing us to type in information, requiring multiple attempts.
Please resolve these bugs. This is hindering adoption for our teammates.

Export folder structure for folders within folders
When I go to export mail to .MBOX files using the ProtonMail Import-Export app, it would be great to have the option to export the entire folder structure, which the chosen folder is located in.
For example, the following folder structure:
1. Root Folder
2. Sub Folder
3. Full Folder (.MBOX)
Here, the root, sub and full folder would be exported in the original order as seen in Proton Mail.I like to meticulously sort my mail into multiple folders depending on my need, and I like to keep backups of my mail.
