Show permanent timestamps (date and time received) under email headers
Please add a setting to permanently display the exact time and date an email was sent/received directly in the reading pane. Currently, users must hover or click the relative date dropdown to see the specific time. A persistent visual layout option would greatly improve daily workflow efficiency and prevent errors.

A sorting tool (A-Z etc) for Proton Docs in text lists and also in tables.
Please create a tool so that if I have a list in a document I can alphabeticise it, also alphabeticise a table column

Bold one word in a sentence instead of all or none
If I type text in sheets in a cell, I can't bold one word and not the rest. It's all or nothing. It would be nice if this is possible in the future.

Guest mode to the Windows desktop client
The Windows app requires account login before connecting, but in heavily censored regions like mainland China, the authentication request itself is blocked by the Great Firewall — making it impossible to log in without already having a VPN. This creates a deadlock: can't connect without logging in, can't log in without a connection. The Android app solves this with its "Continue as guest" mode, which skips authentication entirely. Please bring the same guest mode to the Windows desktop client, so users in restrictive network environments can at least establish a first connection without needing to authenticate against blocked servers.

Collapsable folders in mobile app
Currently it is only possible to collapse folders in Proton Mail in the Desktop and Web App, but in the mobile app, the folders cannot be be collapsed, which makes scrolling through the folders on the mobile app strenuous.

Proposer des versions en français et en espagnol de Proton
Les abonnés non-anglophones à Proton ne peuvent pas comprendre la plupart des indications et des services Proton car ceux-ci sont en langue anglaise. Seulement quelques pages proposent un choix de langues.
Concrètement que se passe-t-il ?
Des boîtes de dialogues, la messagerie, les communications de la plus hautes importances,etc. sont en langue anglaise uniquement, inutilisables pour des locuteurs francophones ou hispanophones.
Des versions du site Proton en langues française et espagnole seraient indispensables. (Rq: Les locuteurs espagnols et français dépassent le milliard de personnes dans le monde !)4 votes -
Privacy issues with Zendesk reports, need for improvement
Currently when using report a problem, A support ticket is created via Zendesk to my personal Proton Address.
I don't like sharing my Personal proton address with zendesk. I have been using it by giving it no one, literally no-one and utilize aliases (SL premium) on a full scale.
Give me an option to set a custom alias or generate a random one on demand as in SimpleLogin premium with which I can use to submit reports across all proton apps. This must be extended to others
To have true privacy I need to go through hoops in support page…

Fix TOTP Secrets Being Logged in Plaintext for Desktop App
I noticed that the Proton Authenticator desktop app for Windows stores plaintext logs on the OS. Revealing lots of sensitive information to Windows OS. Completely making the privacy friendly design of Proton Authenticator useless for the desktop app. I uninstalled it and will not use it until that is fixed or changed. There was no option to redirect or change that setting. Complete oversight for Proton's standards of privacy.

Advanced account Recovery options
I dwell amongst the victims of stalkerware and complete loss of my 14 year old gmail account due to insidious past relationships.
The trauma of having your entire digital identity exposed leaves it difficut to download "recovery files" or use devices /QR codes/ PHONE NUMBERS or emails as options to recover your account when they all can and DO wind up exposed or lost entirely -or routed to forwarded numbers or addresses unbenownst to the user when a trusted person violates your private space.

Filters and Automations improvements
I'd like to have extended functionalities for filters, relying more on automations that are triggered at regular custom timers or events, instead of only "as a new email is received".
I'd like to have these:
1) New Automation criteria:
• Emails that are older or newer than "X days/weeks/months";
• Email status as "read" or "unread";
• Email location (folder);
• Attachment size is lower or higher than X (to label them as "bulky").
• "Without answer" (to detect all emails we sent which didn't receive answers).

VPN shows blocked trackers. I want to see what is blocked.
On the VPN you can see the amount of blocked trackers, but I would like to expand this and view specifically what is blocked. Ty.

Moving rows/cells in Proton Docs
Currently, if I insert a table into a document in Proton Docs, I can not move the row or cells afterwards.
This seems like a missing feature or even a bug that has been overlooked the past months, because the icon to move things is there, but it doesn't do anything if clicked or dragged.

Allow IMAP delete in Bridge to actually delete
Right now when you delete a mail in an IMAP folder via the bridge, it gets deleted from that folder but retained in the "All Mail" folder. It would be fantastic to have the option to actually delete mail instead, possibly as a setting. I mostly use IMAP so I can quickly clean up unwanted mail with mutt, and it's a little unfortunate to find it's all still retained.

Sort on date of deletion (Proton Mail)
Currently there seems to be no way to sort on date of deletion meaning that when you delete a very old e-mail, you'll have to find it again using keywords if the list of deleted email is very large.

Hide photo's already in albums
When you have put photo's in albums, I'd like to hide them from my main photo view so I know which photo's I still need to organize.
With google you could archive your photo's, that worked because they would still be in albums, but not visible in the main photo's view.
I would like something similar, I think having a button that hides photo's that have already been organized, or some kind of organize view with more options like this would be really helpful.

Please remove the "END-OF-SUMMER SALE" ads from the Web Mail appbar
In the WebMail appbar I now see this ads "END-OF-SUMMER SALE". If I wanted intrusive ads in my mail I would have stayed with Gmail.

Improve Feedback website
Improve the feedback website in mobile. I us e that is mobile but it is look like 10 to 20 years old website, that feedback website, no icons, all are text and like old style design. Improve that, especially in mobile. Give seperate good look for mobile

Enable 'change layout' for photos - toggle list view vs thumbnail
Minor tweak may improve usability. Enable change layout function for Photos tab in web UI.
Functionality already exists for files tab in same UI.
This may enable faster processing of large volumes of backup files, e.g. album creation due to removal of the need to load thumbnails.
