Its not that simple, just use virustotal to check what you download. But even that wont be a perfect solution due to size restrictions. Integrating this into an email client isnt worth it.

You can already create reminders with the calendar app. Making a separate app for a small feature would be useless since they already have it integrated there. Remember, More features = higher server costs. Which means subscription price increase. Gotta choose features wisely if you don't want price increases, and if you are fine with paying more understand that others may not be able to do that.
