   It's a necessary evil. I have to use other providers in order to get it, which is against MY mission statement lol...Do we know if these requests are looked at? or do they go to deaf ears? I mean, does someone who has authority to make or propose changes read these?

   Hmm...maybe the cleaning people get these.
