The unambiguously DD-MMM-YYYY format used in passports, e.g. 01 Jan 2000, would be my first choice, or ISO 8601, a close second.

Although you can add a custom field to include an issue date, this then sits below the date of birth field, which means the field order is difficult to read and in an illogical order. A dedicated issue-date field positioned immediately before the expiry date would be preferable.

Agreed. This is critical to my work flow. Grouping doesn't work for me as often emails share a common subject (and are therefore grouped), but individual emails within a group need to be handled in different ways: some may best be snoozed, others forwarded, actioned or deleted. I love the snooze feature, but don't want to group.

I'm using the Mac mail app and every now and then an "offer" button appears on the title bar. I can remove this each time, but it's irritating. The primary reason I moved to a paid service was to avoid the distraction of ads. I don't want to see ads in a product I'm paying for, period. After some digging around, I found a setting under "Subscription > Notifications" to turn off In-app notifications. Hopefully, this will work. However, if it does, this should be set to off by default.
