    While the below comments describe the perfect solution, even just the ability to add a single customisable category would a huge benefit. Being able to customise the category order would also be very helpful.

    The previous comment is a great summary of what is needed. Customisable levels of importance/urgency would be the perfect solution, however even just adding a single "Important" flag like Gmail would be such a huge improvement.
