I am flabbergasted Proton Sheets launched without such a basic and essential feature... and then even defaults to the US date format even though being an european service. Since Proton Docs was released, I was hoping for a Proton Sheets so I could finally leave Google Docs behind. When that finally happened, I was over the moon... but in its current state, it is simply not able to compete with or be a replacement for Google Docs Sheets. :-(
Hopefully the date and time format gets as customizable as it is with Google Docs. That would be a great step forward.

Search is such an important feature for a photos storage service that makes or breaks it in terms of usability and usefulness.
And even some will be opposed, an AI feature would be great to have as well that let's the user search for the contents of the picture as well as people. This AI feature should ideally be toggleable, so everyone can decide for themselves if they want to use it.
All of this can be done with encryption and a privacy-first agenda which services like ente.io perfectly show.
As long as those basics are not implemented, using Proton Drive as a primary storage for photos is, imho, simply not possible. :-(

I absolutely agree. This is an essential feature that is also present in other managers like BitWarden, for example and extremely useful.
For example, you want to change the password on an account by first editing it in your ProtonPass (since you want to modify the generated password). There is no way (other than copy & paste) to fill the new password into the appropriate fields on the site's account page.
And like the OP stated, there are times where ProtonPass simply does not detect the site's login fields and as such having the appropriate context menu actions would be very helpful.
I hope this gets implemented rather sooner than later, in spite of the low vote count. :-(

All Proton mobile apps now support FIDO2 for 2FA: https://proton.me/support/2fa-security-key
We'll be adding the option to disable authenticator app very soon.

As of right now, the usefulness of Proton Drive is rather limited. It is not really usable for an automated backup-- and judging from the posts from the devs/mods on other forums, using it for such a thing is frowned upon/discouraged... which is a pity. And even when the API is finally usable, it was implied that this will not change for the foreseeable future.
I would hope this stance changes and there will finally be first-class support for things like Rclone. Otherwise what is the point of having lots of cloud storage space in the first place!?
