    Proton drive need to step up when it comes to different kinds of search if trying to be a competitive replacement for google photo and iCloud photo.

    My wife and I share files using Google Drive today. Now switching to proton drive.
    To not be able to search within shared folders would be extremely frustrating.

    I’m using iCloud Photos today and often use search by date. Consider moving to proton but so far to many things missing in proton drive.

    I consider it to be basic functionality to be able to search for a file or folder also when using the apps for iOS/iPadOS.
    This prevents me from switching from Google Drive.

    I have decided to move from google to proton. I use search a lot on my iPad and iPhone. Search is to be considered a basic feature. I just assumed that the apps have a search function. This is critical. I’ve invested in a 1 year unlimited subscription. So I’m really surprised and disappointed.

    Logging in with passkeys is becoming more and more established, which is great.
    Proton should also support this as being a serious player.
