If I am not mistaken, you are interested to get store other relevant secure content inside a one single entry?
Have you tried the option inside any entry while editing "Add field" > "Hidden" option? This can generate a custom field having the name of your choice, and the text completely obscured by default.I am consistently and widely use this feature, and even sometimes the "Add Field > Date" field for my hints too.
The great thing is, this is even not limited to creating one Hidden text field only, but you can literally create unlimited fields of your choices and each field having your chosen name.
Please let me know if I couldn't get you and the idea is not yet actually implemented.

Very important feature indeed.
Tracking back the reason of change after some time becomes harder.
If I am getting you right, you are asking to add feature like "adding commit message" does in the git version control context. Every one can understand the reason for changes especially when it's written by self.ProtonUser

Well said. You covered inclusion and improvements of many major features in one single proposal in a concise way.
I have been thinking for 1, 3, 5, and 6 for so long, and wanting.
However, for feature request number 2, i.e. "Clone Login Items", have you ever tried using "Duplicate" option inside any already created login entry? It is already available in Mobile App and in Browser Extensions too.
