Reply from catch-all address
I have catch-all enabled for my domain; when I register for a website or service, I use "websitename@mydomain.com".
I sometimes need to reply to emails sent to one of these addresses. However, I don't want to reply using my real address. At the moment, my only option is to create a new address under my domain, but I'm quickly running out.
Ideal behavior: When I click "reply", the "From" field should automatically be the address that received the email I am replying to.

Set timezone
Setting timezone instead of taking it from system.
I think there is a real privacy issue of including the system timezone on emails for webmail (please help us understand if this is not the case).Could this please be based on the timezone the user-specifies (or default to system/browser if none is specified).

Ability to delete disabled addresses
Creating a new address under the Protonmail Account should not be permanent. Needs change over time. Higher subscription levels appear to have the capability to delete disabled addresses provided there are no emails for it. As a Plus user, it appears that any address I create is permanent and can only be disabled but not deleted. If I created an email address for a temporary purpose, but now would like the slot back for a new address (only 5 for base Plus subscription), it is not possible. Configure Notification Options by Address/Account on Mobile
I have multiple accounts I use through the protonmail app on Android.
Some of my addresses are for mundane things - website sign ups, newsletters, etc; while others are for more important mail.
I don't want to get a push notification every time I get a newsletter, but I want to be notified immediately when I get an email to my 'important' inbox.
Can it be set up so different email addresses or accounts have different push notification settings?

Email Follow-Up Reminders
I would like to set reminders to follow up with people at a set time. 1 week or 1 month, etc. I send initial emails and then like to keep in touch at intervals but have difficulty keeping track of who I need to email again and at what date.

Automatically fetch PGP keys from key servers
Now that Mozilla Thunderbird started providing full PGP support, I guess ProtonMail (as well as any other actor on the private mail scene) should start making life easier for those who want to communicate through PGP while keeping their address.
This means that ProtonMail should be able to automatically fetch from keyservers the PGP public keys liked to an email address right in the moment when the address is typed in the TO field of the composer, even if it's not in the user addressbook already.Is there any chance this basic feature will be added?

Better bulk email moving
Hey Proton, thanks for all the awesome work you guys do! I recently organized my very messy inbox into folders based on sender and subject. I ended up just giving up because it was taking so long.
Here's the suggestion:
The sieve for new emails is awesome, but if you could use the same thing to organize old emails it would make organizing existing emails a hell of a lot easier. Thanks!!5 votes -

1) When entering a sub-bullet in the format described below, Protonmail is unable to continue the outermost bullet.
EXAMPLE:
1. first bullet
2. second bullet
1. first sub-bullet

2. THIS SHOULD BE 3, not 2.2) Allow mixing numeric bullets and other bullet styles. Sometimes, the outer most bullet is best shown as numbered lists, and inner/sub-list items are better shown as bullets. Protonmail doesn't do well with these bullets.

When having several proton-email address, sorting received email according to proton-email addresses
Dear all,
When having several proton-email addresses, it would be great to sort received emails by the user's proton-email addresses.
So far, all emails received in proton-mail box fall into the same windows, regardless of the proton-email address used by senders. By having sub-windows in proton-mail box, users will know which of his proton-email addresses are been used or are without activities.

Show count for drafts folder
I can't tell if this is a bug or a missing feature, but the Drafts folder on the left side of the web app shows no count of the number of drafts in the folder, unlike other folders which show the number of messages of those type in that folder.
If other folders show "unread" or "unopened" counts, then of course that wouldn't make sense with Drafts because they'll never be unread or unopened.
The Drafts folder count should show the number of drafts in the folder, period. This is at least basic logic.

Per account notification settings
Now that we can add multiple accounts to the app, it would be nice to be able to setup different notification settings for each account. Let one account give push notifications, while the other does not push notifications to the phone.

I have email addresses on other domains (work or school email addresses; for example example@gmail.com). I can automatically forward emails from these addresses to my ProtonMail inbox, but I cannot send email (reply) from my ProtonMail inbox like example@gmail.com. Thank you.

Integrate image compression for sending attachments
Enable compression of attached images.
Mobile phones are now capturing images >10MB by default. It would be great to be able to shrink the image size to enable sharing photos without wasting so much bandwidth and/or exceeding the maximum size.

Change theme based on OS preferred color scheme
Allow the theme to change between default and dark based on the OS's preferred color scheme like so:

Sort messages FROM
Something really simple that is missing and that is essential to organize the inbox, is to be able to sort messages by user/email. In addition, if we could sort ascending/descending dates, that would make much easier to select, archive and clean messages.
I can't do in the Web and App, only through in Outlook bridge. Please fix!24 votes
